Family Fun with the Best Snorkeling and Tour Guides

Great communication from everything before the trip to the day of the trip to the full ride. They asked us what we were looking for and they fulfilled it. We saw a lobster, swam with stingrays, saw a nurse shark up close, several large barracudas, sea turtles and lots of fish and reefs. They let our teens take lots of social media pics and provided great music and drinks to make it a full adventure. The food was also fantastic. They got us back in plenty of time to make our way back to the boat too. We’ve done lots of excursions on cruises over the past 10 years but agree that this was the best of the best. Thank you David and Aldo for an unforgettable day!

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for your visit.

    Best experience of our vacation!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish!!! It was so easy to communicate and Paula went out of her way to accommodate us by changing our reservation day to allow for best weather conditions. The boat was so clean and beautiful! Aldo and Andrea were both extremely kind and provided excellent service and safety while we were on the water. They got us over several reefs during our 5 hr trip that allowed us to see sting rays, Star fish, nurse sharks, sea turtle, eel, barracuda, and many more colorful fish. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience! Andrea was in the water with us the entire time, guiding us and pointing out various creatures to see. She made sure we had great pictures and were safe while snorkeling. Aldo navigated the boat to various locations with great skill. Towards the end of our time, they prepared a culinary extravaganza with the freshest ingredients- ceviche, guacamole, chips, pineapple, cantaloupe, and mango! It was so delicious and truly a highlight! Take this trip!! You won't regret it! And ask for Aldo to make you a homemade paloma❤️

Response from the operator: Thanks so much for your visit.

Luxury, Service & Perfection with Sun&Sky Cozumel Boats

We had the most unforgettable experience with Sun&Sky Cozumel Boats. From start to finish, everything was absolutely magnificent. Aldo and Andrea were incredible — attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making our day special. They guided us through an amazing snorkelling experience and made sure we had everything we needed on board, from refreshing drinks and cocktails to a beautifully prepared private lunch. Plus they became the DJ for us for the day! What made it truly unforgettable… I proposed to my girlfriend during the trip — and she said yes. ❤️ It couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. The whole communication preceding the proposal in order to make sure everything is set up was perfect. Thank you for creating such a seamless, luxurious, and deeply personal experience. We’ll remember this day forever. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something truly special in Cozumel avoiding the big crowds and having the flexibility to set your plan/route (depending on the weather of course).

Response from the operator: Thanks for your nice visit. We are glad that you enjoyed.

    Best day ever in Cozumel

Very timely responses to our questions from Paula prior to our excursion. Aldo and Andrea made the day absolutely fantastic. We had 5 people in our group age ranges 22-80. They customized our day to meet everyone’s needs. I was nervous to snorkel as I did not have a great experience the first time. Andrea made sure I felt comfortable and safe during our 3 snorkeling locations. We saw lots of fish, a sea turtle, a lobster, nurse sharks, starfish, manta rays and the coral reef. After snorkeling we went to a shallow spot where we could get out and relax in the water. They served us drinks and made fresh guacamole and ceviche. They helped the oldest member of our group on and off the boat so they could experience the water as well. When we got back to the marina Andrea assisted with making sure we got our taxi back to the pier. They made sure we got back with time to shop at the stores on the pier in plenty of time, Aldo and Andrea were the absolute best.

Response from the operator: We are glad that all of you enjoyed. Many thanks for your visit.

Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cozumel.

How much does Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel cost?

    +

Prices start at $765 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cozumel usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cozumel is not rushed.

Is Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 45 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cozumel, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel?

    +

Around 16 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cozumel can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cozumel and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private snorkeling with 23ft Sea Ray in San Miguel de Cozumel start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cozumel within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cozumel?

    +

On Outty we rank every Cozumel experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Jade Caverns and Mayan Village Cozumel ATV TOUR, Buggy, Beach & Snorkel Blast, ATV 4×4+Cenote+Snorkeling+Beach Club+ Lunch+Sabores de Cozumel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cozumel?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cozumel?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
