Jimmy was a great guide....

Jimmy was a great guide. Make sure you pace yourself as you make your way up Inwangsan. Jimmy will remind you to do so and also to drink some water along the way. Views of the city were absolutely breathtaking. It was rainy and foggy when we reached the top of Bugaksan so unfortunately the view there was not visible at all. The sky had cleared up by the time we reached Naksan Park though. Lunch is included in the tour price. Jimmy asked what I liked and suggested trying different dishes. He ordered for us using the kiosk, and we split a kimchi fried rice with a fried egg, a beef stew (kimchi stew not available that day), and an order of 2 finger-sized gimbaps. The lunch spot was one of those sit-down places where you get your own utensils and then clear the table yourself afterwards. I was expecting more based on the price of the tour. The food was prepared on site but the experience felt similar to sitting at a CU or 7-Eleven and having instant ramyun.

We had a wonderful private tour with our guide Jimmy! We went sightseeing, hiking, ate at the food market, strolled by the stream and enjoyed amazing views! I totally recommend it! 10/10!

Unique way to experience Seoul

Excellent tour with views of the city from all sides. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide. Tour included a mix of walking and driving around various areas of Seoul, and a delicious authentic Korean lunch in the food market. Unique perspective of Seoul that would be difficult to match. Highly recommended.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review. To know Seoul, this tour is perfect..!!

Best Seoul City Wall Adventure!

My husband and I visited Seoul for our first time and wanted to see many parts of the wall/Seoul and learn more about the history. We also love hiking and were excited for the opportunity to summit a couple mountains! We definitely chose the right tour and had a fantastic time with the guide. We learned so much from him and saw so so much! When taking this tour be prepared to climb A LOT of stairs to summit the two mountains in the morning. It will be very worth it though, and you will be rewarded with a delicious lunch!! The afternoon is more easy going with car rides to the last two mountains. Lots of sight seeing and great photo opportunities. Overall I highly recommend this tour if you are up for adventure and for hanging with a very knowledgeable and passionate guide! Great experience we will remember forever.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your sincere reply Megan. There are many night tours in Seoul. but we can highly recommend to our future customers to our tour, which allows you to enjoy the night view of Seoul along with most delcious BBQ dinner, is the best..!!

Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower]: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.

How much does Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower] cost?

+

Prices start at $28 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower] take?

+

Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.

Is Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower] worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower]?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower] suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 8. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 9-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower]?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Private Seoul Wall Trekking [Inwangsan, Bugaksan, Naksan Park, N-Seoul Tower] start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seoul?

+

On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seoul?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seoul?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
