Cabo tour
Kind of sneaky like typical..they didn’t mention anything about Paying another fee for the park after we booked all the excursions..they also screwed us over after they promised us the cheapest ride to the airport..that morning came and they said sorry we can’t do that anymore? What type of shady business is this?

I booked my clients with...
I booked my clients with Viator for transfers in Cancun Roundtrip for 9 people. 10 times I sent emails with the flights, time etc and the Hotel name. Gave the clients copies of the verification all info including amount charged and paid. When they got to Cancun, the company Viator hires, had no information on this reservation. After several texts and calls to me, The clients had to wait a couple hours and then I haven't heard if they had to go in separate vehicles. Will hear when they get back.

They ruined my vacation.
Our plane arrived on time however it was not ours and it is private sport. We waited 10 minutes then half an hour and then 1 hour and nothing, they told us that there were no mobiles we had to wait, they do not have their own vehicles and sell so many transports that we were more than 70 people claiming the same ñ. All this at 1 am with two young children and an elderly person. It's the worst service I've ever had. We took a very expensive taxi to get to our hotel. They ruined my vacation.
