Great tour guide!!
James was a very nice and accommodating tour guide. We visited all the spots and James was good at accommodating our flexible schedule and itinerary since I was traveling w my elderly mother. He will accomodate you and ask your preferences on where you want to visit in the 1/2 day tour and he also will give you great recommendations on where to eat. Great Tour!
We had a fantastic experience on our Taipei night tour with Vincent. Communication beforehand was smooth and clear, which made everything feel easy from the start. He did a great job guiding us through a very busy evening—taking us inside Taipei 101 and navigating the crowds and traffic at the Friday night market effortlessly. It could have felt overwhelming, but Vincent made it feel organized and relaxed. He was also genuinely interesting to talk to and especially great with our kids, which made a big difference for our family. The Best Local Guide in Taipei - Highly Recommend!
Review for Mr. Wang First of all, I am so grateful to have met Mr. Wang. Even before we arrived in Taiwan, he communicated exceptionally well via WhatsApp and made sure every single one of our requests was taken care of. There were two of us, and he arrived right on time for our pickup. We had so many questions throughout the trip, but he never once seemed bothered; instead, he explained everything so kindly, making our journey truly enjoyable. When we visited Taipei 101, the rain made visibility poor, but he quickly and flexibly adjusted our itinerary on the spot to ensure we still had a great time. I won't go into detail about the rest of our schedule to protect his "trade secrets," but I highly recommend booking his night tour. When we were at Taipei 101, about 90% of the people were Koreans with Korean guides, but after experiencing Mr. Wang's tour, my companion praised me for making the "perfect choice," saying a local guide is definitely the way to go in Taiwan. The service was so perfect that I felt truly sorry I couldn't tip him properly due to a lack of small change. I will definitely look for Mr. Wang again on my next trip to Taipei. This was a great, quick tour: memorial, temple, night market, nature walk. Best was seeing Taipei 101 up close at night. Would recommend!

Beautiful up lighting for Taipei in the evening
Great pre tour communication. Tripadvisor messaging and then WhatsApp excellent. Chiao-Chiao was very punctual and very flexible with any of our physical limitations as well as any itinerary pivot. Her car was clean modern safe and she was an excellent driver and even though we didn’t have a separate driver to drop us off in front of things to see, she easily found nearby parking. Even though it was a holiday, and even though it was night, there was plenty to see in great photo opportunities to be had as Taipei, Taiwan knows how to up light its monuments! Our Tour guide also great gave us some great insights on Taiwan!
