Excellent Day Tour of Lisbon
It was a great way to see the city. Our guide Jose was a scholar of history. He took us to the top landmarks during our 7 hour tour. Jose made the history come alive with stories he shared. He introduced us to the delicious pasteis de Belem custard tarts when we stopped for coffee! We have many photos and a very memorable time. We were so fortunate to spend our excursion day with him.

Wonderful day!
Trip across the April 25th Bridge and view of the City from the southern shore, the church of Jerónimos, the pastels of Belém, the Maritime Museum were all memorable. Our guide was very informative and interesting. His sharing of scholarly knowledge acquired through his research for his doctoral thesis was fascinating and also memorable.

The perfect one day tour of Lisbon
This comprehensive tour of Lisbon shows you all the city's main highlights. My driver-guide, Jorge, was highly welcoming and demonstrated his extensive historical and cultural knowledge with a lightness of touch. The pace of the tour was perfect, combining walking and free time so that I could explore places I wanted to visit in more detail. The tour's highlight was spending time with Jorge exploring the Jeronimos Monastery and adjacent Santa Maria Church. I would have missed so much in both places if I had gone alone.
