Full day of perfect adventure
Amazing experience! Just a full day of fun. We had the best tour guide. He knew everything and made the whole day a blast! Get your group and do this trip! Request Miguel! You won’t be disappointed. Our favorite thing we did while in Mexico

TERRIBLE
We had a shockingly bad guide—Priscilla—during our tour to Chichen Itza. It felt like we were being subjected to an endless quiz. Her stories were long and boring, and held absolutely no interest for us. And the very thing we had come for—the temple—she didn't even take us to directly! She was truly the worst guide I have ever encountered!
Response from the operator: Hello Hessel, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that every traveler has different preferences regarding the amount of information and storytelling during a tour, and we regret that the guiding style was not enjoyable for you. We also apologize if the visit flow at the archaeological site felt confusing or disappointing. Your comments have been shared with our management team so we can review this experience internally and continue improving our tours and communication. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels. Laura OCEAN TOURS

Highly recommend!!
Our group of 7 had a private tour with Emmanuel and had an absolute blast. The ziplining was so cool going through the jungle. We were all nervous about the rappelling but they made it very easy and instructed us well. The Cenote was huge and gorgeous. Emmanuel was a wonderful host, not too talkative or pushy, and made sure we went at a good pace. Highly recommend!!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear your group had such a great time on the private Cobá & Jungle Adventure. Ziplining through the jungle, rappelling, and that stunning cenote really make it a special day. Emmanuel will be very happy to know you appreciated his pace and hosting style. Thank you for the recommendation, and we’d love to welcome you back for another adventure! Warm regards, Regina – Ocean Tours 🌿🌊

Very welcoming, very informative, the best day we had in Cancun.
I cannot advise everyone to go with this company, not only did they upgrade us for free, we had the best day, Ismael, Juan and Rod, they made our day perfect, we will certainly be going home in a high after today. They are very fairly priced, picked us up, dropped us off, we got food and tequila, and we was made to feel very comfortable and welcome, if you come to Cancun please use this company. Kelci and Alex from the United Kingdom.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much, Kelci and Alex, for your amazing review! We’re over the moon to hear you had such a perfect day with Ismael, Juan, and Rod — they’ll be so happy to know they made such a positive impact on your experience. A free upgrade, great food, tequila, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere? Sounds like the perfect recipe for a day to remember! It means a lot that you felt comfortable, valued, and well looked after from start to finish. We truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation — and we’re so glad to have been a highlight of your trip to Cancun! Wishing you safe travels back to the UK, and we hope to see you again on your next adventure 🌞🇲🇽✨

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cancun.
How much does Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cancun usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cancun is not rushed.
Is Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cancun, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cancun can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cancun and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Coba & Jungle Adventure: Zipline, Rappel & Cenote start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cancun within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cancun?
+
On Outty we rank every Cancun experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Early Access to Chichen Itza All Inclusive with Valladolid and Cenote Swim, Whale Shark Tour from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Riviera Maya, Small-Group 3 Hidden Cenotes Adventure with Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cancun?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
