A fantastic experience
We spent a fantastic day with this tour organized by Searunner, exploring the island of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto. We also bathed in wonderful places. Special thanks go to Paola and Marco, the owners of the boat, who welcomed us with great warmth and professionalism. Their passion for the sea and the territory is perceived every moment, the carefully organized itinerary, explanations and curiosity about the place. Included in the experience, a fantastic aperitif with local products. Highly recommended to those who want to discover the Gulf of Poets from a privileged perspective. To be redone absolutely!!

Palmaria Tino Tinetto Portovenere
Motorboat and boat tour. The islands of Tino and Tinetto can only be seen while on the island of Palmaria, you can swim, clean water, the beach is free, but you can rent deck chairs and umbrellas. You can hike in the midst of thick vegetation, enjoying the shade. On the beach there is a bar with chairs and umbrellas, and you can order something to eat, drinks, ice cream and coffee at acceptable prices, Also, there is a shower, changing room and toilet 🚽. Experience to do, we spent a beautiful day despite the heat. Portovenere is cute, there are several bakeries with plenty of dunks, souvenirs (very expensive). There are the bathrooms for a fee, very clean.
Response from the operator: Thanks for your review, but I don't think you've ever sailed with us. Your photos don't show our boat, and we only offer private tours, available exclusively on our Cap Camarat 9wa, powered by 2x225 HP Yamaha engines.

A day on the water with Captain Marco
Seldom have we ever had such a pleasant experience on a boating excursion. Captain Marco and his crew were fantastic hosts. They were very attentive to our needs and even asked us about dietary restrictions and drinking preferences the day before departure. They took us to Portovenere; which is truly a gem worth exploring; as much if not more than Cinque Terre. Captain Marco is a solid sailor with an absolute knowledge of the waterways and the local climate as well as the history of each and every place we visited on the boat. But the highlight of the trip for us, was being able to walk around Portovenere and explore its history and walk through the cobblestone streets which lead to so many shops and specialty food stores. Captain Marco also provided us with a wonderful lunch on the boat which consisted of an assortment of fresh homemade focaccia and local Italian cured meats and cheeses as well as fresh fruit and local olives. Our kids really enjoyed being able to swim in those beautiful waterways and Captain Marco provided them with an assortment of floaties to just sit back and relax. We wholeheartedly recommend this adventure; it was worth every penny.

Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for La Spezia.
How much does Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia cost?
+
Prices start at $1500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in La Spezia usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia take?
+

Is Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 60 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in La Spezia, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in La Spezia can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in La Spezia and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private boat tour of Portovenere and Palmaria from La Spezia start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central La Spezia within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in La Spezia?
+
On Outty we rank every La Spezia experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include La Spezia: Taste Cinque Terre on a Food Tour by Do Eat Better, Portovenere & Three Islands Small Group Boat Tour from La Spezia, 5 Islands from La Spezia: full day boat trip with swimming stops. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit La Spezia?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in La Spezia?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
