Amazing private tour
This was an amazing day! Jose took us around in a very comfy and clean Hyundai Santa Fe. Pick up was right on time and we returned to our hotel 10 hours later. I didn’t realize that the tour did not include any base itinerary or the entrance fees, since I thought the offered options were add ons. However this means that you really could customize the experience. Thankfully they helped schedule the tastings for us ahead of time, but be sure to contact the tour at least a week in advance if you have preferences. We were able to fit a quick walking tour of Aveiro with a coffee and pastry stop, 45 min canal boat tour, Caves Sao Domingos cellar tour and tasting, lunch at a very local restaurant, Caves Messias cellar tour and tasting. Had an amazing time and highly would recommend this to anyone looking to see a different side of Portugal and taste some amazing wines while learning about how they are made traditionally and nowadays.
