A home run choice for a transfer service.
Great driver, on time, and very helpful in every way. I would use them any time we are back in the city.

Good cautious driver
Driver drove very safely and was professional and careful and cautious as he navigated the New York traffic.

Reckless and Dangerous. Shame on Carmel!
the system told us our driver was there at the airport at level one door 5. No car. Then they said & minutews. Then they said its there. Ends up the driver was on level 2 at departures at what he told us door 8. There is no door 8. We finally found him. Got in the car. I immediately called Carmel to tell them we found him and my dissapointment. The driver felt flustered and pulled over at the exit ramp of the hotel and told us to get out. WE told him to just take us home. He then did it again on the HIGHWAY! in the middle of the highway in the dark he pulled over. See photo. Not sure if it was on purpose or it was his crappy car, but the whole ride was brake stop brake sop brake stop. I tried to go through. the proper procols with Carmel and even followed up. They assured me someday would get back to me again and they never did. I thought we were going to die on that highway. Never again.
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, We are sorry and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please provide us your trip details , via our website and choose the Customer Care tab. We will look into your claim, and we'll reply and take action, as required. Sincerely, Carmel team.

Horrible don’t recommend
Horrible experience I booked this ahead of time and they made me wait over an hour and kept hanging up on me when speaking to customer service. They lied about the distance of the car and where it was. I asked for a refund and didn’t receive it. After a long wait in the cold in New York a driver finally came and didn’t speak English They also didn’t have my name on the card like they said they would so I didn’t know if it was my driver
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, We are sorry and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please provide us your trip details , via our website and choose the Customer Care tab. We will look into your claim, and we'll reply and take action, as required. Sincerely, Carmel team.

Disappointed
If you don’t read the fine print they will take your money and not reply to you. I arrived and did not arrange 12 hours before like I was supposed dispute them sending me a ticket and letting them know in the initial the pick up arrangements but apparently I was supposed to call them as well but it was buried in the fine print and therefore I never received service

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Queens.
How much does Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn cost?
+
Prices start at $44 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Queens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Queens is not rushed.
Is Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 189 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Queens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn?
+
Around 66 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Queens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Queens and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Arrival Transfer: NYC Airports (JFK) (LGA) (EWR) to Brooklyn start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Queens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Queens?
+
On Outty we rank every Queens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Ultimate New York City Street Food Tour, New York: LGA Airport Private Transfer to/from Manhattan|Brooklyn, LGA to Manhattan One Way Shared Arrival Transfer. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Queens?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Queens?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
