Terrible Traffic
Traffic from LaGuardia airport to Newark airport is terrible. It could take 3 hours so be prepared. Our driver was not friendly at the beginning but changed his attitude after a bit.
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, We are sorry and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please provide us your trip details , via our website and choose the Customer Care tab. We will look into your claim, and we'll reply and take action, as required. Sincerely, Carmel team.

Do Not Use If Your Traveling Through New Jersey
I have been using this service for years from my home in New Jersey to Newark Liberty Airport and Bayonne Cruise port for years. Both drop offs are 35 minutes away from home. Always reliable and great drivers. The last two trips I was charged an additional $30 for congestion pricing. Apparently the company claims that the drivers are from a NY company and have to travel to NJ. I hope to not get the drivers in trouble but I know for a fact they they wait at Newark airport for passenger's and sometimes do not travel back to NY till the end of their day.

La Guardia to EWR
Well worth the money to have someone pick you up just outside baggage and drive thru NYC. Very pleasant trip.
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, We appreciate your review, as well as the fact that you took your time to write these comments. We hope that you will continue to use our services in the future. Sincerely, Carmel Team

JFK/LGA Transfer
This is the third time I have used Viator when traveling. Great experience every time. Have used them in Greece, France and now in States. They are professional. Show up on time and communicate to make sure pickup happens where/when it is scheduled. I knew the fee upfront so could plan ahead. Really reduces stress.
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, We appreciate your review, as well as the fact that you took your time to write these comments. We hope that you will continue to use our services in the future. Sincerely, Carmel Team

Badly Run Transfer Service
Very poor service after booking a transfer from JFK Airport to Newark Airport DO NOT USE THEM. They take your money and make very little effort to ensure the transfer takes place. It's nothing more than a badly run taxi service, yet they advertise themselves as some high quality executive service with a glossy website. I waited for almost 2 hours for a pickup from outside, what you can only call, very chaotic pickup points outside JFK. The drivers don't call your name and there is nothing other than a hand written card on the dash, which is too small to see. I can't see that it is right that the customer has to try to look at every dash of every car in the hope of getting their ride. There are hundreds of cars picking up passengers. Unless you have a US mobile phone you cannot be contacted by this company and no allowances are in.place for international travellers. It was cold and wet and I had to call them twice from the airport arrivals to find out what was going on. This company should have a better method of picking customers up from the airport. After an 8.5 hour hour long haul flight it was an extremely bad experience and to make matters worse I had difficulty communicating with the driver who then demanded a $20 trip and another$33 to cover the bridge toll. I had already paid £112 online prior to my trip. This company needs to rethink it process. An airport transfer is not , to quote their phrase , "an experience " and should therefore not be treated as such. Overall it's an appaling service.
Response from the operator: Dear Customer, We are sorry and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please provide us your trip details , via our website and choose the Customer Care tab. We will look into your claim, and we'll reply and take action, as required. Sincerely, Carmel team.

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Queens.
How much does Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR) cost?
+
Prices start at $45 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Queens usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR) take?
+
Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Queens is not rushed.
Is Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 224 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Queens, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR)?
+
Around 78 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Queens can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Queens and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private New York City Airport-to-Airport Transfer (JFK/LGA/EWR) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Queens within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Queens?
+
On Outty we rank every Queens experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Ultimate New York City Street Food Tour, New York: LGA Airport Private Transfer to/from Manhattan|Brooklyn, LGA to Manhattan One Way Shared Arrival Transfer. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Queens?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Queens?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
