Unforgettable Experience in Kenya
We just returned from a fabulous adventure in Kenya. Pollman Tours and Safari provided a clean, comfortable and reliable vehicle, professional planning and most importantly, Ian, our wonderful guide. Ian immediately welcomed us and made us feel part of the team in planning our adventure. He did everything in his power to enrich our experience by providing personal insights into animal behavior. He always seemed to know where to look and where to situate us in order to best experience the amazing wildlife in the Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. We did not race around; he encouraged us to be patient and observe, Frequently we were rewarded with exceptional or unusual animal behavior. Ian is an excellent driver, funny and above all friendly, He has a deep understanding of animal behavior and the many layers of Kenyan culture. This was an amazing experience and it was certainly enhanced by having Ian as our guide. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Ask for Denis as your guide!
We’ve recently arrived home from an amazing 8 days Safari in Kenya. We were a group of six - myself, my husband, our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandchildren. William is 10!years old and Georgia 8! Years old. We’ve had the most amazing time. Our grandson William is a double amputee, after losing both legs and nine fingers to sepsis in 2020 when he was 3 years old. We were concerned how things would pan out with William’s disability but we had no need to worry. Our Pollman’s driver was Denis and we couldn’t have wished for a better escort. He was kind, caring, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He made sure William’s needs were met. He contacted all the Lodges in advance making sure our rooms were close to the dining room/reception. He parked as near as possible to entrances everywhere we went, so William didn’t have far to walk far. He helped with lifting William in and out of the jeep and was invaluable on our trip. Denis was also very knowledgeable on the game drives and found animals before others. We were able to photograph rhino and lion cubs before other jeeps arrived. Denis was a big part of making our safari a dream cone true for all of us! Thank you Denis 😉 xxx
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review and for sharing your family's inspiring story. We are delighted to hear that you had such an amazing safari experience and that Denis helped make it truly special. His care, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring William's comfort and accessibility reflect the high standards of service we strive to provide. We will be sure to share your kind words with Denis, who will be thrilled to know he played a part in creating such memorable moments for your family. Thank you for choosing Pollman's Tours & Safaris, and we hope to welcome you back to Kenya again in the future!

Amazing 4 day safari from Nairobi, saw the big 5 and much more
4 day Safari out of Nairobi. Very reliable with the transfers to and from airport. Our private safari with Jimmy was amazing. We saw the big 5 and many more animals. Jimmy made sure we were comfortable and did everything possible to ensure we saw as much as possible. If you have a choice to request someone we would highly recommend Jimmy. Pleasantly surprised at the clean toilets in the safari parks and how many there were. Sopa hotels were lovely. Only downside was the roads were very bumpy and dusty even in a 4 by 4.

Classic Kenya Safari
currently on safari in Kenya and having a fantastic time. sharing a jeep with 4 other English guests. Our driver, Marvin, is very very good. he always arrives to pick us up at the designated time. His driving skills are amazing and we feel completely safe and relaxed. Marvin gives lots of information and gets us to the best vantage places every time. Would recommend this company for complete peace of mind.

Great service
Pollmans arranged several aiport and hotel transfers for us, plus flights from Wilson airport to our safari camp - all prompt, well organised and with friendly staff. When one of our bags was delayed arriving from Heathrow (BA flight), they arranged to pick it up from Nairobi airport, transfer it to the smaller Wilson airport and put it on a flight to our camp. Great service, thank you!

Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Nairobi.
How much does Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi cost?
+
Prices start at $115 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Nairobi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Nairobi is not rushed.
Is Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Nairobi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Nairobi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Nairobi and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private Arrival Transfer in Nairobi start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Nairobi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Nairobi?
+
On Outty we rank every Nairobi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Wild 5-Day Safari: Magical Mara, Nakuru Wonders & Hell's Gate, 2 Days Amboseli Safari using a 4x4 Landcruiser jeep(with options), Kibera Slum Tour with Lucas. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Nairobi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Nairobi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
