A Private transfer that left us stranded
We walked the line for 20 minutes. That was enough. Now I get to fight to get our $80 back. Messages started pouring in 27 minutes after our scheduled pick up. Avoid the headache...

Por alguna razón tú no vistes el rótulo, tu vuelo llego unos minutos antes de la hora prevista. Pasados 27 minutos, al no verte empezamos a llamar a un número que nunca respondiste, nos comunicamos a tu hotel para saber si estabas bien. Tomaste el transporte del hotel y nos dejastes esperando por ti. Finalmente cuando hice contacto contigo, en ese instante te dijimos que estamos haciendo una devolución de fondos por 100% de tu pago y que tomarías devolución 5 a 8’dias hábiles. Tú estuviste de acuerdo .

Definitely recommend for transport
Transportation from the airport to San Salvador went very smoothly. The owner was very communicative prior to our trip, and provided us with information regarding our arrival. Our driver, Emmanuel, was in contact prior to arrival as well, and was present at the airport when we arrived. He was very helpful throughout and very easy to talk to during our travel to San Salvador. I would definitely recommend for transport from the airport!
