Highly recommend!!!!! Looked after us amazingly.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for our family of 7 including a child. Great understanding of English, comfortable new vehicle and full air con. Guide got us to the front of queues.

Good tour with a great guide!

Sanchitha is a fantastic tour guide!! He is so knowledgeable and friendly, we had a great day with him on this day tour. Our pick up and drop off at our hotel in Negombo was straightforward and the ride was very comfortable. This is a great option if you want to visit multiple attractions in Kandy in 1 day. We had lunch at a lovely spot with a view that had tons of options for all kinds of eaters. I would recommend saving your money to buy souvenirs at the tea factory and wood workshop. The herbal and spice garden is interesting to visit but unfortunately we were pressured into buying expensive products which felt suspicious. We ended up throwing away all the products because of sketchy reviews we read online afterwards. It's worth researching each stop on the tour ahead of time to determine where you'll want to shop so you're not scammed. Overall a really good tour with a great guide! I would definitely book with Sanchitha again in the future.

Response from the operator: Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your Private Day Tour to Kandy! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that Sanchitha took such wonderful care of you and that your journey, hotel transfers, and lunch experience were highly comfortable and enjoyable. Sanchitha takes great pride in sharing his knowledge of Sri Lanka, and knowing you’d happily book with him again truly means the world to our team. Regarding your experience at the herbal and spice garden, we sincerely appreciate your candid insights. While these stops are included to offer guests a glimpse into traditional Sri Lankan wellness, agriculture, and local craftsmanship, we maintain a strict policy that any purchases are entirely optional and at our guests' sole discretion. We never want our guests to feel pressured, and we take your feedback seriously; we will be addressing this directly with the venue management to ensure our high standards of hospitality and comfort are maintained at every single stop. Thank you once again for recommending our tour and for helping future travelers plan their itinerary. We look forward to welcoming you back for another unforgettable adventure in the future!

    Amazing tour! Incredible guide!!

Interesting your with lots of options! I am honestly surprised at how busy Kandy is, I thought it would be a sleepy little town but nope it’s hustle and bustle. I really enjoyed the tea factory most and learning about the different types of teas and how they’re made. Watching a man swallow fire and walk on fire during the cultural show was also pretty amazing! The scenic view from the restaurant was wonderful. The botanical garden is a great place for pictures and Sanchitha has a great eye and takes amazing photos!! The Buddhist temple was an interesting experience with lots of surprises. Ladies be sure to bring something to cover your shoulders and knees and I also recommend a hat and sunscreen for the sunny days. But honestly Sanchitha makes the tours wonderful. He is an amazing guide. Excellent English, respectful and mindful of his guests, what’s concerned for your comfort and enjoyment of the overall experience. Flexible to your needs. He helped me find a pharmacy to get some much needed items, that was clearly a detour he didn’t have to take and I was very grateful for that. He even stopped for another detour so I could try out some authentic Sri Lankan sweets not available in Colombo. I am a solo female traveler and I felt very safe and comfortable. I even hired Sanchitha for two indictable tours because I trusted him and knew he’d curate the best experience while making sure I hit all the highlights. Highly recommended guide and company. The tour was lovely and I’m glad I was able to do it in one day, catch all the highlights and have a good time. Highly recommended guide and company. The tour was lovely and I’m glad I was able to do so much in one day without feeling tried or exhausted. It was a lot of fun!! Highly recommended tour, especially if short on time. And the guide is fantastic!!
