Unparalleled safari experience
Safari schedule is perfect not only in site seeing, but also almost all serve details. Guides all professional and fully experienced in wild animals. We enjoyed both visual impact of nature and plenty of knowledge that never know before. Additionally, we also have some suggestions as below: In this season, especially before the dawn, rooms always a little bit cold. If electric heaters or furnace could be equipped, it would be more cozy. Finally we must say that it was an unparalleled travel experience, we do like it very much!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the safari schedule, the breathtaking scenery, and the wealth of knowledge shared by our experienced guides. It’s especially rewarding to know that the experience gave you both unforgettable wildlife encounters and new insights into the natural world. Thank you as well for your thoughtful suggestion regarding the cooler temperatures before dawn. We truly appreciate the feedback and will certainly share it with our camp teams for consideration. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we’re thrilled that your SkySafari was such an unparalleled travel experience. We hope to welcome you back to East Africa for another unforgettable adventure!

Perfect
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful. Every lodge we stayed at was unique, luxurious, and extremely comfortable: * Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge * Elewana Tarangire Treetops * Elewana Serengeti Migration Camp * Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro All meals and beverages were included throughout the trip. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. The lodge butlers provided outstanding service, making us feel completely at home. Our guide was knowledgeable, professional, and always enthusiastic about sharing the beauty of Tanzania. Traveling between the national parks and conservation areas was effortless, thanks to SkySafari’s private flights. They saved us from long, tiring drives and allowed us to spend more time enjoying the safari. From start to finish, there was nothing to worry about. Just leave everything to SkySafari and enjoy an unforgettable journey.

Dream Holiday with SkySafari
This was on our Bucketlist and we have fulfilled this with hearts filled with gratitude. From our arrival at the airport @Kilimanjaro till our drop off @Kilimanjaro everything was taken care of with professionalism, sincerity and great Tanzanian hospitality. The Arusha Coffee Lodge, Treetops @Tarangire, The Serengeti Pioneer Camp and The Manor are top class hospitality of the Elewana group. The ‘hardware’ were great and the ‘software’ were truly immaculate and amazing. Words cannot truly describe the measure of the services we were accorded. The personalised service, attention to details and the professionalism in the managing of flights, activities were truly top notch. I am lost of words as well as exhausted all the superlative words describing the level of service. Special mention to Denis and Sam at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Denis is 81 but his enthusiasm and energy in ensuring every was perfect for us. Our guides Bachu @ Tarangire, Roger’s @Serengeti and Ayubu @Ngoronggoro were top notch and because of them, we experienced the Big 5s. Yohana (John) and Happiness were amazing host who pick us from the airport, drove us to the lodges and airstrip and then to the pharmacy when my wife had diarrhoea on the last day made everything memorable. They when out of their way and beyond the call of duty and for that we are forever grateful. If we have a chance to visit The Masai Mara (Kenya) or Back at Tanzania we will definitely be looking at SkySafari and the Elewana

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Moshi.
How much does Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania cost?
+
Prices start at $8,400 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Moshi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania take?
+
Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Moshi is not rushed.
Is Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Moshi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 192-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Moshi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Moshi and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Moshi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Moshi?
+
On Outty we rank every Moshi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfall, Coffee Tour and Picnic Hot Lunch, Materuni Waterfall and Coffee Plantation Half Day Tour, Kilimanjaro climb, Machame Route (7-day). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Moshi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Moshi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania?
+
Included: Private transportation; Tour guide; Carbonated beverages; Alcoholic beverages; and Lunch. Not included: Gratuities. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
Does Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania include hotel pickup?
+
Yes, pickup is offered for every traveler from 2 listed pickup locations in and around Moshi.
What languages is Private 8 Days Safari Tour in Tanzania offered in?
+
It runs in English. Pick your language when choosing a date and time, as not every departure runs in every language.

+
Confirmation is sent by the operator after booking, usually within 48 hours; if it is not confirmed you are not charged. Mobile tickets are accepted, so you can show the voucher on your phone.
