Excellent advisor, ask him before buying tickets to monuments!
Miguel was an excellent advisor for the tour. I strongly recommend booking this tour before buying actual tickets to Pena, Regaleira, etc. so that you can receive good advice on the best schedule. I did the opposite and I had chosen a too tight timetable for the tickets, so it turned out impossible to make it on time to Pena, traffic around Sintra is an unbelievable nightmare. On top of that, not even cars from guided tours are allowed to park right by the monuments, so you must expect some extra time from walking. But thanks to Miguel's piece of advice we eventually managed to visit the Palace. He was punctual and flexible, the van was fine and comfy, everything was OK. Thanks Miguel!
