Wonderful experience
Our guide Bogdan aka Alex was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He started our tour as a guide but ended the tour as a friend. We wish we had booked a longer tour with him. The vehicle was very comfortable and accommodation was delightful wonderful hosts who provided a delicious breakfast.

Don’t overlook travelling to Romania
Our 3 day experience with Bogdan aka Alex was unforgettable. He was very knowledgeable, he started off as a tour guide and ended up being a friend. Our transportation was spacious and comfortable. Alex recommended wonderful restaurants in the square of Brasov. He organised a 2 night stay at Casa Timar which was wonderful, great location very close to the main square. It was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts were super friendly. Wish we had organised a longer tour with Alex, hopefully we will return to explore the rest of beautiful Romania.

Great way to see Transylvania!
Marius was our guide and we all loved him! Accommodations at Casa Timar in Braşov were beautiful and the host couple friendly and gracious. Great way to see Transylvania and its sites without renting a car yourself. Fantastic value.

A lot to see!
Overall the tour and the guide, Bogdan, were very good! We got to see all the sights listed with a pretty good commentary on the history of the places and were generally given plenty of time for pics or shopping. Bogdan was also very well connected which gave us access to the front of the line or much better parking, or being able to see locked rooms. Bogdan also provided some cool recommendations for our stay in Brasov, which is such a beautiful city. There were a few challenges. I wish the driving wasn't so fast since we were on many winding roads and we did a lot driving. Should note that something like 35-40% of the time you spend driving, it's just part of getting to all the sites. Some of the days got very long (~10hrs). The tour is probably more manageable with shorter days. We went during the summer, so it was super hot and the room in casa timar had no AC nor a fan, so we were taking many cold showers. It does get cooler at night, but it's a rough start. Finally, I've seen "private" be used for tours that have less than 10 people. But this is you, your guests and the tour guide only! Generally a good option if you are looking for a private tour with accommodation. Id reach out to the tour and ask questions. Bogdan is very approachable.

The best Transylvania tour
My sister and I had an amazing 3 day tour of the best of Transylvania. Bogdan is a very professional guide, knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area, as well as a responsible driver. He was very patient in answering our questions, and making sure we got the most out of our visit to fascinating Transylvania. In addition, he is very funny and kind. I can't wait to go back with the rest of my family, and we will definitely be taking the tour with Bogdan again.
