Pour and Pose: Best way to spend a day in the wine country with friends and family!
Who knew you could do so much with an iPhone?! The tips & tricks of angling and movement taught in the class helped me feel comfy and relaxed in front of the camera. Everyone in my group turned out professional looking photos with just their smart phone. What a priceless way to collect memories with family and friends! The photos are a wonderful souvenir and keepsake to take home with you. To top it all off, we had a fun day in California’s Wine Country, where enjoyed wine tasting in between lessons and photoshoots. What fun!
Response from the operator: It was such a pleasure having your group enjoy The Pour & Pose Experience. What a fun time we had together!

Sipping Wine & Snapping Pics - What's Not to Love!
Grace was a phenomenal teacher! We were all blown away by her insider tips and advice. We spent the rest of the weekend practicing what we learned. Our photos have definitely improved and we had a fabulous time sipping wine and learning to up level our shots. Highly recommend!
Response from the operator: Midori, it was such a treat to meet you, Daisy and John this past weekend! Thank you for participating. I look forward to staying in touch. I am excited for your retreat in September!

Fun, Informative Class for Girls Group, Family or Friends
This was a great class! Grace was a knowledgeable, fantastic instructor, and I appreciated her easy-going demeanor and supportive presence. I learned about many photo features on my phone that I did not know how to use, as well as great tips for travel photos and self-portraits/selfies. The wine tasting was a fabulous complement - (also helped to loosen us up!) I took the class with a group of girlfriends and we all enjoyed! Even with the raining day (we could not photo outside) it was well worth the time and $!
Response from the operator: Tammra, it was such a pleasure having you and the rest of your crew at this experience. Even though the weather kept us indoors, we had fun, learned a lot and made some good memories.

Why this scores 63
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Santa Rosa.
How much does Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine cost?
+
Prices start at $95 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Santa Rosa usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Santa Rosa is not rushed.
Is Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Santa Rosa, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Santa Rosa can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Santa Rosa and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Pour & Pose: Travel Portraits with a Twist of Wine start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Santa Rosa within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Santa Rosa?
+
Santa Rosa is the practical base for Sonoma County: winery tours through Russian River and Dry Creek, hot air balloon flights over the valley, and redwood trips to Armstrong Grove. On Outty we rank every Santa Rosa experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sonoma County Join-In Group Wine Tasting Tours, Best E-Bike Rental! Wine country fun, Russian River Kayak Tour at the Beautiful Sonoma Coast. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Santa Rosa?
+
April to June and September to October, with harvest in September. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Santa Rosa?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
