Terrible, with very late itinerary modification.
Two days before the tour, they tell me they won't be able to do the boat tour, for an entirely foreseeable reasons. Super frustrating. The boat tour was what I wanted most. Their alternative was not kid friendly at all (i have two kids) The notice was so late, that all the other good tours were booked. This ruined our one full day in Porto.

We are sincerely sorry that the situation led to your cancellation, especially as the boat experience was the part you were most looking forward to. That said, we would like to clarify the situation. The sailing activity was made unavailable on the 20th and 21st of June due to a local festival taking place in the area, resulting in navigation restrictions. We were informed at a very late stage that it would not be possible to operate the activity, which left us very little time to adjust the programme. We would also like to clarify that the tour you booked is a shared experience, which means it follows a fixed itinerary that cannot be fully customised for each participant. In this context, we provided an alternative within the group format. For guests travelling with children who are looking for a more tailored experience, we usually recommend a private tour, which allows us to better adapt the programme to specific needs, which we had offered you. As you did not have the opportunity to carry out the tour, it is difficult for you to know whether it would have matched your expectations and whether you would have enjoyed it. Our priority remains the satisfaction of our guests, and we are truly sorry that this situation impacted your stay in Porto. Kind regards, Touch Tours Team

Great time with so much wine!
Fun full day adventure through three wineries of the Douro River Valley region. Our tour guide Nuno was knowledgeable and made sure at all times we were comfortable. We were a small group of 8 and I didn’t feel rushed from one spot to another. The places we went to were very generous with their tastings, you can definitely get your money’s worth. Make sure to: bring water as there weren’t many places to get some and anti car sickness meds as some of the roads were very twisty.

Nuno was fantastic! He was the most wonderful guide and the day was absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend this enough. Second year in a row doing the tour.
