Not happy late pick up
I was less than happy with the transfer. We were picked up 35 minutes late. I was in contact with the driver which was helpful and he said traffic was bad however, I feel it is his job to know the Traffic and to plan for it. There are plenty of apps out there that so you can look at roads and traffic and know how long it’ll take you to get somewhere. There is no excuse for him to have been late. It made our transferred to the airport very stressful as we had a pretty early flight out and needed everything to work smoothly and for him to be on time. I paid a lot for this private transfer. With the expectation that they would be on time and there would be no stress or issues getting to the airport however that did not happen. I do not think it was worth the money at all and I will not use this service again. On the positive side, the driver was very nice and the car was very clean but for me it does not make up for the late arrival and stress it caused.

In your case, despite the unexpected delay, you still arrived at the airport within the recommended timeframe and in time for your flight. We truly appreciate your kind words about our driver and the cleanliness of the vehicle. We are pleased that these aspects of the service met your expectations, although we understand they did not make up for the stress caused by the delay. Perfect and stress free trip.
Our driver was very prompt and polite. I will definitely use them on our next trip. We had an early flight after our cruise and I was stressed we would not make our flight. It was easy and stress free.

Crazy Port for pickup!
Ship port is crazy unorganized. Called several times for the pickup once we had our luggage. Not one professional driver had a sign with the name on it. After several attempts, the manager actually left the office to connect us with our driver. For the money, I want luxury, service and convenience.

Comfort in getting to the airport off a boat
The driver was perfect. Easy to text with. Very polite. We were getting off a cruise and you never know what the crowd will be like getting off the boat. Once we had to wait an hour to get from the port to FLL. Did not want to do that again.
