The perfect guide for the perfect setting
Guides are a bit like teachers: some leave you completely unmoved, while others inspire you with their stories. You hang on every word they say and wish the tour would never end. Enzo definitely belongs to the second category. He made it feel as if you were actually experiencing daily life in Pompeii. It was truly fascinating to realize that life 2,000 years ago was not all that different from life today.

Loved Claudia & Pompeii; Need Hearing Accessibility
Claudia was our tour guide. She was knowledgeable, kind, and humorous. She gave enough time for photos and questions. I loved that she referred to us as family we asking us to gather and follow. She was amiable while we saw other tour guides that were hot headed. Note of improvement for the tour management: provide hearing accessible aids for those that use hearing aids. Two people in my party use hearing aids. One was able to make do with using the ear piece and the absolutely could not. For the number of patrons, this accommodation should be available.
