Ruined islands
The Phi Phi islands have been so exploited they are ruined.you pay an environmental tax on arrival then stare at the oil and rubbish floating in the harbour
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your visit to the Phi Phi Islands was disappointing, particularly due to the rubbish and oil you observed floating in the harbour. We understand how upsetting it must be to visit a destination renowned for its natural beauty and encounter environmental conditions that fall short of your expectations, especially after paying an environmental fee. Protecting the natural beauty and marine environment of destinations such as the Phi Phi Islands is extremely important. Your concerns regarding pollution and the overall visitor experience are valuable, and we will share your feedback with the relevant local tour operator for their awareness and review. We truly regret that these conditions affected your enjoyment of the islands and appreciate you raising these important environmental concerns. Best Regards, Paopao oh-hoo Team

Nice views around the islands
The longtail boat gave us access to several beautiful spots around Phi Phi. I enjoyed swimming and taking photos between stops. Some places were busy, though it was still a pleasant trip overall.

Don’t forget
Was not what I expected bad organized the captain charge people the double of amount to enter the island instead you pay by yourself in the island
Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize that your tour did not meet your expectations and that you were disappointed with the overall organization of the experience. We are particularly concerned about your comments regarding the island entrance fee and the amount reportedly collected by the captain. We understand how frustrating it can be when additional charges are unclear or appear higher than expected. Transparency regarding fees and additional costs is very important. We will share your concerns with the relevant team to review the fee collection process and ensure that pricing information is communicated clearly to guests. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and disappointment you experienced, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. Best Regards, Paopao oh-hoo Team
