The experience was not what was advertised

This company offers cheap tour, however you get what you pay for. Poor customer service Poor accommodation Poor tour guides No empathy or consideration for people with disabilities Do not honour contract or organise transfers Like to keep their customer's in the dark Call their customer's racist and horrible Hold customer's to ransom. Do not use them.

Response from the operator: Good afternoon, Sorry you have experienced this, madame but you did not used the services from our company. This is a private tour and not a cheap one, we don't have multiday tours, so we don't offer accommodation for our travelers and we definitley don't organise transfers. We have private guided tours only (daytrips). I presume the cheap ones are shared groups. We don't have support for people with disabilities and everything is written on the tour info before people can purchase the experience with us. We're really sorry that you have experienced this. Please check your emails for your booking information from Viator or Tripadvisor (depend from what platform have you bought the tour) and see who your supplier was and leave them a review or get in contact with them. Or if a partner (travel agency etc.) booked your tour, get in contact with him and find out the name of the supplier (company). There are many tours like ours but you left the review to the wrong company. Once again, sorry for what happened to you. I left a report to Tripadvisor but I guess you haven't been contacted by them, just as we haven't received any response from them either about this issue. It would be tremendous if you can remove this review from our page. Sorry once again for what you experienced. Respectfully, Octav

    Amazing experience

On the next day, Alex convinced us to visit Peles Castle and the Black Church in Brasov. Best decision we made. Peles Castle was outstanding and in Brasov, Alex took us to have lunch to a restaurant called Sergiana. Good choice! We didn't visit again Bran Castle even it was on the itinerary of the tour, but I totally recommend the company services and Alex as well.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Bucharest?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
