    Train crossing training is needed.

The email stated they would provide water, music and good vibes. We got no water, our own music and a near death experience!. The driver didn't hear the train signal and misjudged causing us to almost be trapped between the train track arms. We had to scream to tell him to keep going so the back end didn't get hit by the bright line leaving the wpb station. Please train your drivers on the importance of track crossing safety.

DO NOT BOOK!! DANGEROUS, DISCRIMINATORY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

DO NOT BOOK!! DANGEROUS, DISCRIMINATORY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! My friends and I were so excited to do our 4th pedal tour in a new city !! We were more excited to do a night tour with lights as this was new to us ! Well what a disappointment this was ! The worst customer service that I have ever received . I writing this to warn others not to waste their money since as soon as something went wrong Elliot( the owner) took zero responsibility and was rude and discriminatory towards our group ! I booked a bike tour for 5 on 9/27. I was told we needed 6 for “ pedal power “ so I needed to pay for all 6 seats. As soon as we were picked up by Jesse (11 mins late) he informed us that he has never driven this before and the pedals didn’t matter as there was a motor. We were greeted by wet sets , lights that didn’t works and battery packs plugged in all over . We tried to make the best of it and have fun even this isn’t what we paid for !! The driver , again being went goes in circles and we end up blocking traffic over a rail crossing. We make it to one bar and then things get worse . The bike completely loses power and again we are stuck on a very busy street with cars honking and going around us. We have no lights so we are very lucky we were not hit . We all try to pedal as instructed to get to the sidewalk . Jesse tells us to walk to other bar as he calls Elliot to try and fix the bike . He texts me 5 mins later with this : You are great ladies I had to get the bike back to the home base I apologize for any inconvenience Have a wonderful evening Obvious we didn’t do a 3 hr tour and the ride had many issues so I contacted Elliot right away and told him what happened and that we deserved a refund. He doesn’t agree and says he needed to connect with Jesse. Hours go by silence , everytime I call I get voicemail . The next morning he tells me not to text him. Just bullet point all the information in a email , which I do on my vacation !! Still no refund !!

Response from the operator: These lies don’t merit a response, but TripAdvisor is requiring I do in order to maintain our rating which is still over 4.5 stars due to the non-liars that enjoyed our service.

THE WORST OWNER/OPERATOR EVER! Party Piece of CRAP!

This company is only getting one star b/c google won't let me do none! If there was a NEGATIVE STAR choice it still wouldn't be enough! This past weekend my college best friends and I met up in West Palm Beach for our Annual Girls Trip and we were so excited about our Friday night activity of a Slow Ride! We have done Slow Ride's in several other cities and couldn't wait see the town, have some laughs, sing and have fun! After being late for our pick up time we got on for our ride but as soon as we approached the "bike" we were met with a bit of shock. The seats were SOAKED, there were wires all over the ceiling, floor, a generator at my feet and worst of all the wires didn't go to any lights....for our "night" ride. The driver quickly informed us that he has never driven this before and in fact it took him a few pushes to get the bike moving to even come and get us! It was obvious from the beginning of the ride that the driver had never done this before since he was looking at a map on his phone while driving...in circles. We arrived a our first stop around 630pm and was quickly texted by the driver "what time do you want to get back on, 730 or 8..8 would work better for me". We got back on at 730 as this was supposed to be a tour of SEVERAL stops but once we got back on we didn't make it more than several hundred feet before the bike simply lost power and we were asked to start pedaling as fast as we could, ON A MAJOR STREET WHILE TURNING! We barely got to the side of the road and the driver was on the phone with the owner of the company trying to figure out what to do.....We decided we had had enough and got off, walked to a restaurant and that's where it got WORSE! The driver texted us and said he was sorry but he had to take the bike back to base b/c it wasn't going to start working again. That was fine. These things happen right. We called and texted the owner. He did NOT pick up but rather texted us that he would need to discuss what happened with the driver before he was able to move to any next steps with us. We provided a very detailed and bulleted recap of the experience and simply asked for the owner to make the situation right. From there he provided us with extremally short answers and worst of all discriminating remarks that "the weight balance of the bike must have been off b/c once we got off it worked fine" let's make something very clear 1. there were 5 of us and the bike holds 15 2. we are NOT overweight by any means 3. we asked the driver if it matters that there were 3 of us on one side and not the other and he said no. ELLIOTT and his "Party piece of crap" are not worth your time or your money! Not only would he not refund us but he fired up the wrong group of women. We will have the last laugh- thank goodness for impeccable credit

Response from the operator: Reversing a payment on a service that you fully utilized is in fact not legal, so I hope for your sake you’re lying about that too.

    Shame! Shame! Shame!

SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! This is almost as bad a Cersei Lannister… Giving Elliot (owner) and his services at Palm Beach Party Bike one star is actually a compliment. My friends and I were psyched for this adventure on our annual girls weekend. Upon its late arrival, the bike not only looked like it was about to fall apart (not even close to what the pictures online looked like) but there loose wires and battery packs hanging/rigged everywhere with soaking wet seats. Ok- we made the best of the situation and tried to stay positive… As we aimlessly pedaled through West Palm Beach, we come to find out that the driver has never done this before. When we questioned where we were exactly going (since we were going in circles), he humbly admitted he did not even work for the company. Unlike Elliot he had the integrity to the admit the truth, which was that he felt awful about the condition of bike and the situation. He admitted he wasn’t from the area so didn’t know where to go . He was a friend of Elliot, helping him out in a pinch, and has never done this before. But the real kicker is when the bike BROKE DOWN - one hour into the ride - in the middle of an intersection with oncoming traffic!!! We all tried to pedal as fast as we could, and could barely make it to the side of the road in time for a safe dismount. This is when we called it quits, hopped off the bike and called Elliot. Calling Elliot got us nowhere. He ignored our calls and texts, then had the audacity to make us recap the evening via email to determine whether or not we should get a refund. Dear Elliot, here’s your recap: 1- You could absolutely care less that you put a bunch of lives and families lives in jeopardy for a buck with your faulty equipment. 2- You lack the mindfulness, knowledge and skill set to run a business. 3- You have absolutely no customer service. 4- You are dishonest and have no integrity. 5- This review, along with four others, are now all over the intranets for everyone to see who you really are. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Response from the operator: I won’t dignify this with a direct response, but as readers can see, bad eggs may break upon riding. Our other reviews speak for themselves.

How long does Party Bike Tour on Clematis Street, Downtown West Palm Beach take?

    +

Is Party Bike Tour on Clematis Street, Downtown West Palm Beach worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 34 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 13 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in West Palm Beach, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Is Party Bike Tour on Clematis Street, Downtown West Palm Beach suitable for kids and families?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in West Palm Beach can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in West Palm Beach and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in West Palm Beach?

    +

West Palm Beach mixes coastal boat tours and jet ski runs on the Intracoastal with Everglades airboat trips, Palm Beach mansion cruises and day trips to Peanut Island. On Outty we rank every West Palm Beach experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided Snorkel Tour Phil Foster Park (HIGH TIDE ONLY-FREE VIDEOS), Downtown West Palm Beach Food Tour, Paddle Boarding Eco Adventure Tour Jupiter Florida - Singer Island. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit West Palm Beach?

    +

November to April, the dry season along the Atlantic coast. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in West Palm Beach?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
