Lovely Paris Memories
Aouanouk was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. The booking process was straightforward and the price for the half hour photo shoot was reasonable. There were a nice variety of poses and perspectives. I was able to select several photos that provide some lovely memories of my trip to Paris.

Stay away!!!!! Hire someone else!
Right from the very beginning this guy was a problem. He kept trying to change the time of our session and my daughter and I had a terrible experience with this "photographer". He said that he generally only photographs couples and that was clearly evident in his pictures. They were horrible!!! He had us doing the most bizarre poses like holding hands and looking into eachothers eyes., acting like we're walking, etc. When we asked to take just normal pictures of a mother and daughter he told us to let him continue doing his job. The edited pictures were clearly AI as our faces were not our own and in one my daughter's kneecap was edited out. Do yourself a favor and hire a real photographer. This guy was a waste of money and time!!! You can take better pictures on your own phone. I asked for a refund for the pictures and he refused!!
Response from the operator: Hello Cheryl, I am extremely surprised by your review, as several of your statements are factually incorrect. I never attempted to impose a change to your booking time. Due to the poor weather conditions and low light forecast, I professionally recommended an earlier session in order to achieve the best possible result. You declined and asked to keep the original time. I immediately respected your decision and confirmed the session for 8:00 PM. Your session was scheduled to end at 9:00 PM, precisely when the Eiffel Tower begins to sparkle. Photographs of the nighttime sparkle were therefore not included in the service you purchased. Nevertheless, to accommodate your daughter’s special birthday request, I agreed to extend the session by more than 20 minutes, entirely free of charge. You expressly thanked me for this in writing. I was fully aware that you were a mother and daughter. I never told you that I photograph only couples. Holding hands, walking together or looking at one another are perfectly normal family poses. I also took numerous individual portraits and accommodated your daughter’s many specific requests concerning her legs, facial angles, framing and the visibility of the Eiffel Tower. Your allegation concerning artificial intelligence is entirely false. No AI was used to replace or modify your faces, and no part of your daughter’s body was digitally removed. The photographs received only standard professional adjustments while preserving your natural appearance. Within 48 hours, I presented you with a varied gallery of 74 professionally edited photographs, although your package included the selection of only 25 images. Finally, referring to me as a “photographer” in quotation marks and advising travelers to hire a “real photographer” is not constructive criticism; it is a personal attack on my professional standing. I have been a professional photographer and artist for more than 30 years, have worked with major international agencies, and continue to practise professionally today. I am an active member of the Union des Photographes Professionnels, my work has been exhibited and recognized internationally, and I lead photography masterclasses around the world. You are entitled not to like your photographs, but you are not entitled to erase my professional career or publicly misrepresent my qualifications. Personal dissatisfaction does not justify making false allegations concerning my professional conduct, the supposed use of artificial intelligence or the reality of the service provided. After fully participating in the session and receiving access to the complete gallery, you requested a refund. Your request was reviewed and denied by Viator. You then disputed part of the payment directly through your bank, even though the service had been fully provided, extended free of charge and delivered within the promised timeframe. I therefore ask you not to misrepresent the facts. Our complete written correspondence, the documented timings, the full gallery and the delivered photographs provide an objective record of how this service was conducted. Your decision to dispute the payment through your bank only after Viator had reviewed and denied your refund request also raises serious questions about the good faith of your actions.
