Photoshoot and Vow Renewal - Just Wonderful!
We gave Ari a tough assignment: 1. Photograph a family in the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens who actively avoid having our pictures taken 2. Only 1 member of the family knew about the 'Photo Shoot', quite the surprise for the other 3 3. Guide us through the expansive and fairly crowded Gardens and pose this painfully shy family in front of everyone 4. Let's add in a surprise Wedding Vow Renewal which no one knew about (well, except me) 5. Finally...we've been walking Paris and sightseeing all day...we were pretty tired...but can you make us look good? What a fantastic job Ari did...he made us feel comfortable (well as comfortable as possible posing out in public). Ari worked wonderfully with our family involving us all in the process and poses, making sure we had a good variety and providing fantastic pictures to match our fantastic memories. We absolutely love the work he did! And he gave us a bit of a tour of Luxembourg Gardens as well. The ceremony itself was just perfect. Guiding us to a fairly secluded spot, and meeting up with Elisabeth who was our celebrant. I could not have ask for anything more. I got to propose to the woman I love, the way I should have the first time, and she thankfully agreed to renew our vow ,and our grown daughters got to be a part of it. It was perfect. Thank You Ari and Elisabeth!

30 Year vow renewal
Ari is a very talented and fun photographer, and we love all the shots. He was also really prompt in getting the photos to us. Our officiant was so sweet, making our ceremony really special and memorable. We strongly recommend this experience!

Beautiful Ceremony in Paris
We had a beautiful ceremony at the perfect location. Ari had an incredible eye for photos capturing intimate moments and beautiful stills of us together. Both Elisabeth and Ari were very personable and positively accommodating. Elisabeth did a terrific job as a celebrant! We highly recommend this service and both Ari and Elisabeth.
Response from the operator: Dear Rosita. Thank you very much for your nice words. It was pleasure meeting you and working with you. I wish you the very best.

Disappointing
This review is about HOW the vendor does business, NOT the quality of his product. To keep from getting disappointed with this vendor, make sure you PRECISELY determine your meeting point and how you will recognize each other. We went to the location at the appointed time per our first contact that WE initiated with Ari prior to leaving for our trip to better understand how we were to meet up. This info should be shared as part of the product description before you book. It should also include a picture of Ari so you know who you are meeting with. I searched for a "photographer" for 20 minutes at the provided location, even asking random people if they were "Ari". There was no one holding a sign with our name, no one with camera equipment to been seen. He says he was there and I believe him...but so were 300 hundred other people. Needless to say our 30th anniversary vow renewal did not happen (the whole purpose of our trip) because of simple things that are the vendors responsibility. My hope is that the $300 I will not be refunded will be a lesson to Ari that he needs to up his game and make ALL information available at booking and just assume that will be the only communication he will have with his client until the day & time booked.
Response from the operator: Dear Mr Daniel King, I am very disappointed that you have failed to answer my phone calls one day prior to our meeting, I am disappointed that you have failed to answer my phone calls prior to the time of our meeting the same day. I am disappointed that you have failed to read the point of our meeting at your voucher that indicates the gate of the entrance of Boulevard Saint Michel at the exit of the RER station at Luxembourg gardens. I am disappointed that you have failed to answer my messages that I waited for you at our meeting point on time, through Viator's platform. I am disappointed that you have failed to find my phone number at your voucher. I am disappointed that you never chose to call me back after all my phone call attempts and texts on viator's platform, and after this "unfortunate incident" and "inconvenience" that you had. I am disappointed that you are lying apart to me, to other people as well, mentioning that you didn't get a refund. As you did get it although my initial denial. And I am disappointed that you choose to put the blame on me and on my business. But mostly I am sorry that you didn't get the quality of our services. You certainly lost wonderful and memorable photos and experience. Please next time when you double book, remember to cancel one company on time, before you blame others people's business. Of course we were there, and on time, having made phone call attempts prior to our meeting, that you deliberately didn't answer. Phone calls and texts that we have done more than 1300 times before in all of our photoshoots in Paris the last 12 years. You SIMPLY WEREN'T THERE. Because if you were you should have seen that for half an hour in the gate of the entrance was only me standing with my camera on my shoulder. In those 30 minutes came only one person close to me that left two minutes later. Not other 300 people that you claim. Unfortunately there is no true lesson that you taught me rather than a hard reminder, that no matter how well you try to do your job and satisfy people with your services, there will always be this person that will hit you under the belt and make a buzz for a refunding, disregarding other people's time, schedules and way of making their living. Dear future clients I honestly tell you and deeply by my heart that this review is unfair to my person. They are unverified claims that contradict towards to all of my proven attempts I made to reach Mr. Daniel King before, during and after our session. I have kindly asked Mr. Daniel King one real proof that he was there and I never got it. I always provide to the clients anything that they need to feel secure before and after our session. I simply tend to believe that this review is malicious to me and my business. I will be always there to serve you as best as my talent permits.

Ari is a master.
We were very grateful to have an artist such as Ari Bafalouka as our official photographer for our ceremony. He was totally dedicated to teling our story through his lense. Such a talented man. His filmmaker craft comes out in every frame. We strongly recommend Ari for all those who want timeless elegance with a modern artistic and genuine expression. Elizabeth the celebrant was very sweet. Thanks to you both!

Why this scores 50
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot cost?
+
Prices start at $295 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot take?
+
Plan for about 1.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Paris Luxembourg Garden Wedding Vows Renewal Ceremony with Photo Shoot start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
