Couldn’t get the audio
We were unable to use the audio and were given a refund. Possibly it’s just that the connectivity in Oxford is horrid
Response from the operator: Oh no, I'm really sorry it didn't work. Owford is such an interesting place to discover with audioguides. So sorry to hear that. Glad you already get a refund. I hope you'll give it another go sometimes ! a tip for next time : do download the tour when you have WIFI, it then should work off line !

The content was informative. I struggled with connection every so often and then it would stop working, leaving me a bit stranded and forced to restart. I missed a few stops as a result. All in all it worked okay and I may consider it in the future again.

It was difficult to access the tour in English, even after pushing the English language button. Eventually we worked it out and the tour was great. Tour was in audio but we could also read the transcript. Very informative and had a lot of stops. Definitely worth the money.
