Along the way, you’ll discover secrets carved into temples and haunted alleyways, following the traces left behind by those who lived in Oaxaca centuries ago. Wonderful history, stories and legends while walking.
I learned some wonderful legends and tales along with Oaxacan history while tracing the ordinal landmarks of Oaxaca City. Veronica has created beautiful and detailed illustrations of her stories. Churches of Santo Domingo, Soledad and the main Cathedral were the settings for these stories and I was delighted. Towards the end we stopped for ice cream and…of course, Mezcal! 😀
