Waste of money
Extremely underwhelming not worth the time or money . “3” attractions, 2 of which were a hole in the wall where u saw water coming down and the 3rd maybe its better in the daytime but nighttime you could hardly see anything

This was super easy to...
This was super easy to book and it worked out great. You just follow the signs for journey behind the falls and check in at the counter they scan your voucher and you are all set. The only thing that was inconvenient was that you must print the voucher which is not disclosed prior to purchasing. We had to run to staples to print the voucher. It was a really cool experience to see the falls lit up at night and it wasn’t crowded at all.

Do not choose this option! Book directly with Niagara Park!
Instructed to take paper confirmation only to Journey behind falls. Three different desks said it was a fraudulent company because they cannot assign time slots on Viator even though that’s what they advertise! Went at our chosen time slot and there were no spots available until the next day, and had to rearrange our entire trip. Lesson learned do not book through a third party!

Roaring good time
It’s an amazing thing to do. The sound of the falls is such an experience. The view inside is so cool. Definitely recommend this. Only thing be prepared to do some waiting once you’ve entered. The time you have for an appointment will be when allowed in then the wait inside is about 30 minutes
