Our flight was delayed...
Our flight was delayed almost two hours and I knew this was going to cause us to miss our tour. I tried to email viator but got nothing. I called the vendor directly and they told me that because I booked through Viator there was nothing they could do. I asked if we could simply just get on a boat to see the falls and they said no. So $225 down the drain. When we finally got there, there are boats that take you into the falls all the time, same company that told me they couldn't help me. After paying an additional $111 my sister and I were able to go into the falls. I realize flight delays are not their problem, and I wasn't asking for my money back, I just wanted to see the falls. I will never use Viator again. And I will never give Niagara City Cruises another dime.

As a 1st time visitor to Canada this is definitely a must do attraction. The Falls are amazing. My guide was Vicki and she was very personable and knowledgable regardin info and facts about the Falls. Please know you will get wet on the boat not misted but wet but the views are worth it
