Beautiful journey

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Luxury Holidays Nepal and couldn’t have asked for a better trip across Nepal. From the moment we arrived, everything was professionally organized and smoothly managed, making the entire journey comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Our adventure in Chitwan was one of the highlights of the trip. The jungle safari was exciting and well arranged, and the canoeing experience through the peaceful rivers surrounded by nature was unforgettable. Seeing wildlife up close and experiencing the natural beauty of Chitwan made it truly special. The heritage tour in Kathmandu was equally impressive. Exploring the historic temples, cultural sites, and ancient architecture gave us a deeper appreciation of Nepal’s rich history and traditions. Every place we visited had its own unique charm and story. One of the most breathtaking experiences was the helicopter tour to Everest Base Camp. The mountain views were beyond anything we imagined, and seeing the Himalayas from above was truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment that we will never forget. Pokhara was beautiful and refreshing, especially the hiking experience with stunning scenery all around. The peaceful atmosphere, lakeside views, and mountain landscapes made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. A very special thank you to our guide Asmi, who was incredibly friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire trip. She made us feel comfortable at every step and helped make the experience even more memorable. We highly recommend Luxury Holidays Nepal to anyone looking for a well-organized, comfortable, and unforgettable Nepal experience. Thank you for giving us memories that will last forever

A good way to see Nepal

Good vehicles and friendly guides. Would recommend flying rather than taking a vehicle between places as the roads are not good. Plenty of free time and interesting sites My favourite was Sunrise tour in Pokhara as you glimpse the majesty of the Himalayas The hotel in Chitwan was wonderful Hotel location in Kathmandu was right near the Thamel area.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We’re glad to hear that you had a good experience exploring Nepal and enjoyed the comfortable vehicles, friendly guides, and well-paced itinerary with plenty of free time. We truly appreciate your suggestion regarding travel between destinations; flying can indeed be a great option to save time and avoid long road journeys. It’s wonderful to know that the sunrise tour in Pokhara was a highlight for you, offering those unforgettable Himalayan views. We’re also happy that you enjoyed your stay in Chitwan and found the hotel in Kathmandu conveniently located near Thamel. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you back to Nepal for more amazing experiences in the future! Warm Regards, Luxury Holidays Nepal Team

Kathmandu day tour made interesting by Knowledgeable guide. ble

I did a 8 day tour with Luxury. On day 2, Asmi and driver Dipendra were assigned to me for the Kathmandu Valley tour. We visited 3 places - Monkey Temple, Patan Durbar Square and the grand Boudhanath Stupa. Asmi is very understanding when I explained that I can't walk too fast and have to be slow when it comes to steps. She provided a rich commentary of each place and also answer any questions I might have. It was a very enjoyable morning with her. Driver Di is very reliable with driving. We got to each place with no hassles. Thanks for the memorable trip. From Sophia

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Kathmandu Valley tour and that Asmi’s knowledge, understanding, and detailed commentary made your morning so memorable. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you again for more unforgettable journeys in Nepal! Warm regards, Luxury Holidays Nepal Team

Amazing experiance - highly Recomend

We actually did the 9 Nights 10 Days Luxury Nepal Tour with helicopter landing at Everest. Best desision for sure. Everything was arranged as promised. From friendly airport pick-ups, amazing and well located hotels, extreamly helpful and flexable English speaking guests. Really liked the itenary. The weather was bad when we arrived so Resham moved our helicopter flight to the end of our stay and we had an incredible day at Everest as a result. Helicopter to Everest was one of the best things I have ever done, and I've been to 58 counties + Antarctica. All the guides were fantastic, Pradip was so friendly and helpful, a reall wealth of knowledge and fun to spend time with. Our guide and driver in Kathmandu even altered the itinary to help us do some inpromptu B2B work. Highly recomend Luxury Holidays Nepal🙏😀😍

It’s wonderful to know that our team, including Resham, Pradip, and your guide and driver in Kathmandu, could make your journey seamless, flexible, and enjoyable. Your kind words about our services, hotels, itinerary, and the unforgettable helicopter experience mean a lot to us. We are especially delighted to hear that this trip ranks among your most memorable adventures across 58 countries and even Antarctica! We truly appreciate your high recommendation and hope to welcome you again for more amazing experiences in Nepal. Warm regards, Luxury Holidays Nepal Team

Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group cost?

+

Prices start at $450 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group take?

+

Plan for about 192 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 192-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group?

+

Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 192-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Nepal: Kathmandu, Chitwan & Pokhara 8 Days Tour - Private / Group start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

+

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour | UNESCO World Heritage sites, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Kathmandu Food and Drink Walking Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
