Portugal guided tour with Pedro
We had the best time on our trip with Pedro as our driver. The car was very comfortable, and Pedro was an absolute delight from start to finish. He shared great information about Portugal along the way and helped make the whole experience feel easy, relaxed, and special. He also set us up with a wonderful walking tour and even helped arrange an incredible lunch where we enjoyed a highly rated Portuguese octopus dish. It was delicious and such a memorable part of the day. We loved visiting Nazaré, even though there were no big waves because we picked the wrong time of year. Still, I wouldn’t change a thing about the day. Pedro made the experience fun, informative, and unforgettable. I would highly recommend Pedro as your driver anytime!
Response from the operator: Hello dear Michell, Thank you very much for your kind review — it truly means a lot to us. We are delighted to know that you had a pleasant experience. We hope to welcome you and your family again soon! Warm regards, Thank you very much / Muito obrigada, Luísa Silva

Bad Day @ Nazare'
As part of our tour, we were supposed to have lunch in Nazaré, which the driver confirmed at pickup. However, after only 40 minutes at the wave viewpoint, she abruptly told us we needed to leave immediately “to beat the traffic.” Midway back, her boss called to ask why she was returning early, since she was needed for a wine‑tasting tour. It became clear that our tour was cut short to accommodate another booking. In addition, the driver frequently appeared unsure of the route, got lost multiple times, and even struck plastic road dividers while looking at her phone for directions. We did not receive the experience we paid for. Since our tour was shortened and poorly executed, we believe a 50% refund is in order and is fair, as we only received about half of what was promised.
Response from the operator: This seem to have a lot of misunderstandings, and it is not accurate. it was an half Day tour to Nazaré (4 Hours), begining at 09h00 am and expecting to have lunch there ? This program was completely performed like it was suposed to and took 1/2 an hour more then it was suposed to. Regarding lunch, it was delivered information that it would be possible with an extension of the program and it was declined. Tour was never cut short, Office never contacted and asked why the guide was returning earlyer but to know if it was on the normal schedule in order to plan the afternoon (since there was no extension). Hope to see you again traveling with us

Ok
This was a drive to the destination not a tour. The driver was nice but just drove us to Nazaré and Obidos. There was no tour. Also I paid lots of money for this tour and it said that it was full day. Driver said otherwise. Make sure you know what you are getting . I highly recommend visiting Nazaré and Obidos
Response from the operator: First of all we appreciate your review and makes us happy to know that you highly recommend Nazaré and Óbidos, it`s really a great day visiting those places. we assure You that this tour is cheap, by Taxi would be much more expensive and by Bus unthinkable and you had a lot of attention, information, comfort, and always with someone capable to provide You an amazing ride with the best sightseeing’s taking you to the best spots (always with a smile…). Before the tour, you informed the tour guide that you wanted to skip monuments and take your sons to the beach to see the caves (it was done). Then went to the center of Nazaré, and like was explained, there`s no point on following the tourists when they are visiting the villages because most of the information is given before or after and we also have the logistic of watch out for the van and keeping safe all the belongings inside. And also to provide family time, and some privacy, we believe that it makes no sense the tour guide to follow the tourists around (also to prevent from rushing). We understand that you got mad because the tour guide called and explained that was way passed returning hour, and he only did that after 2 extra hours, and explained that this tour was created has an extended half day (6 hours) due the distance Nazare - Lisbon and because we usually don`t like to rush people, takes around 7 hours, well, a full day is designed for 8 hours so no need off going much further. But, if it were a full day we would prepare lunch for everyone. Your tour started at 8 a.m. at your Hotel and arrived Lisbon almost at 17 p.m. almost 9 hours tour, so, we believe that after all it was a full day and… that you also enjoyed Anyway, we wish you all the Best and Glad you enjoyed a lot Nazaré and Óbidos (and the Caves) and off course You`re always welcome.

Why this scores 54
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Lisbon.
How much does Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Lisbon usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Lisbon is not rushed.
Is Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Lisbon, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Lisbon can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Lisbon and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Nazareth Private Half-Day Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Lisbon within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Lisbon?
+
On Outty we rank every Lisbon experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lisbon City Center Tour - The Unmissable Lisbon, Sintra Private Trip from Lisbon Customizable Dreamlike Experience, True 4Hour Private Tuk Tuk Tour: Discover Lisbon with a Local!. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lisbon?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lisbon?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
