Different in a Good Way!

Pascal was amazing, he made us feel very welcomed to SMA and it felt like I knew him. Like a friend that you haven’t seen in a long time. What other tour guide invites to his home? The tour of La Aurora was great. Getting a chance to meet artist like Lucas, Kelley and Linda was fantastic. I have been to la Aurora before but never like someone like Pascal with “insider info”. I would definitely recommend the trip for those travelers looking for something different and “off the beaten path”. Pascal I wish you the best of luck my friend in all of your ventures. I hope this is not a goodbye but a see you later! ✌🏼

Response from the operator: Oh it was so nice meeting you! I really enjoyed your company, great conversations and participation! I do hope our paths cross again! Likewise all the best to you!

Absolutely fantastic! ...

Absolutely fantastic! This is one of the best tours I've ever taken. The entire experience was perfect, ending with a fantastic meal and Pascal's lovely singing. It's a must in San Miguel!

Response from the operator: Well it was absolutely lovely meeting you as well! I much appreciate the compliment and I do appreciate that you had a wonderful time however perfection might not be the right adjective. What I prefer to strive for over perfection any day is to be authentic and offer a shared experience leaving room for flaws and all, all the while inviting you into my artistic world where we can celebrate what it means to be human. Cheers!

Music and art tour, San Miguel de Allende

Pascal was wonderful. He truly enjoys singing, art and food. He has a great sense of humor and we had so many laughs. This was one of our most memorable tours that we have ever done. We saw beautiful art and listened to Pascal perform beautiful music. The lunch that we had at his house was delicious. We would highly recommend this tour.

Response from the operator: It was truly a delight meeting you four as well as the other couple! It was a magical day and you guys helped make that happen! I hope to see you again!

Music, Art and Food Tour

This is a 3-fer. You get the added benefit of a none pretentious art tour and lesson. We enjoyed the entire tour. The pace was just right, not rushed and not to much walking. There were also lots of opportunities for bathroom breaks. The music is like icing on top of a good cake. We highly recommend this tour.

Response from the operator: It was such a delight meeting you both! Hope to see you again in San Miguel! Thank you for this lovely review which to extend the metaphor is like the cherry on top of it all! Safe travels and all the best!

Best walking tour

We had such an amazing time with Paschal! He was very talented, down to earth, funny and took us to hidden gems in San Miguel. We learned so much more than just local history. He sang, told great stories and we ended up at his house for a delicious lunch. He even walked us to the taxi stand and let the driver know where we needed to go.

Response from the operator: It was really nice meeting you both! I’m glad you were able to book last minute! Thank you for your generosity and kindness! San Miguel is waiting for you and your next adventure! All the best!

Music Tour & Lunch: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for San Miguel de Allende.

How much does Music Tour & Lunch cost?

+

Prices start at $1950 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in San Miguel de Allende usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Music Tour & Lunch take?

+

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in San Miguel de Allende is not rushed.

Is Music Tour & Lunch worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 72 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 63 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in San Miguel de Allende, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Music Tour & Lunch?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Music Tour & Lunch suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Music Tour & Lunch?

+

Around 22 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in San Miguel de Allende can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in San Miguel de Allende and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Music Tour & Lunch start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central San Miguel de Allende within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in San Miguel de Allende?

+

On Outty we rank every San Miguel de Allende experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Historical and Cultural Walking Tour of San Miguel de Allende, Tacos and Tequila Walking Tour with Taste of Miguel, Immersive Cañada de La Virgen Pyramid Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit San Miguel de Allende?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in San Miguel de Allende?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
