A must-do trip!
The highlight of our entire trip to the Rockies! We had such an amazing time on this tour - breathtaking views of some Canada’s best lakes and mountains. Our guide Nolan and driver Carson made our experience even better with their impressive knowledge of each location and super friendly service. They were funny and shared some great stories and anecdotes. We saw 3 bears and a deer on this tour too which was amazing. We would have loved to have a little more time at Lake Louise but you get to fit so much in in one day. We would 100% recommend this tour as an easy way to see Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls! No matter how long your stay in Banff is, this is a must!
Response from the operator: Thank you for the wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear your tour was the highlight of your Rockies trip. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Nolan and Carson, who will be thrilled to know they helped make your experience so memorable. Seeing three bears was certainly a bonus! We appreciate your feedback about Lake Louise and hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon.

A must do option
This is an absolute must do, no worries about Parking, you get loads of information and jokes. You get to see Morraine, Emerald and Louise Lakes. The Takakkaw Falls are a must and the Buffet lunch provided at Emerald lake was delicious. So much to see and do. Great thanks to Nolan and our brilliant coach driver.
Response from the operator: Hi Sandra, Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re so glad to hear you had such a great day exploring the lakes and waterfalls, and that you enjoyed the lunch at Emerald Lake. It sounds like you certainly packed a lot into the day! We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Nolan and the coach driver. Thanks again for choosing Brewster!

An enjoyable and fully recommended tour.
We all had a great day on the tour with Emily and Ben. The scenery was as spectacular as expected. The icing on the cake was the excellent meal we had at Emerald Lake, Emily's help and guidance and Ben's wonderfully listenable descriptions and storytelling. Definitely recommended!

Emily and Ben will be thrilled to know their guidance, storytelling, and hospitality helped make the experience special. We'll be sure to share your kind words with them. A Packed Day Out!
We did this trip and then immediately transferred on to Calgary with Brewsters. Pick up from hotel in Banff and drop off at hotel in Calgary. Driver and host were excellent - very informative and entertaining. We crammed a lot of great sights into the day - Lake Louise, Lake Moraine and Lake Emerald - where we had a delicious hot buffet lunch included. We also visited the Natural bridge, the Spiral Tunnels (where we waited to see a train go through) and the Takakkaw falls (which are accessed from a road with a switchback and the bus had to reverse up one section!). Given we had a lot of stops we had enough time at each location. Very enjoyable trip. This was our second trip with Brewsters and we found them to be very professional and well organised. Highly recommend this company and tours.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing Brewster for a second adventure! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the spectacular sights, delicious lunch at Emerald Lake, and the seamless hotel-to-hotel experience. It's especially rewarding to know that your driver and host helped make the day both informative and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back to the Rockies again soon!

Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Banff.
How much does Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff cost?
+
Prices start at $215 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Banff usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff take?
+
Plan for about 9.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Banff is not rushed.
Is Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 498 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Banff, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff?
+
Around 174 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Banff can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Banff and add a light layer if any part of the 9.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Mountain Lakes and Waterfalls - roundtrip from Banff start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Banff within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Banff?
+
On Outty we rank every Banff experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the Icefields Parkway Full-Day Tour, Hop-On and Hop-Off Banff Bus, ShuttleBus 2way Banff to Lake Louise (1Hr) and Moraine Lake (1Hr). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Banff?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Banff?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
