Our day tour to Mount Fuji exceeded all my expectations! Our guide Lucas was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Immediately after booking the day, we communicated via email, and Lucas helped us plan our itinerary. His suggestion to leave early helped us avoid the crowds and resulted in a relaxed, very enjoyable day. We were so lucky to see Mount Fuji on a clear day! Lucas accompanied us at each stop and explained the history and cultural aspects to us, which was so appreciated. Thank you, Lucas, for making this day so special for us!

Stress free, comfortable travel to Mt Fuji and Hakone
Yokohama private tours arranged a 2 day custom tour with driver/guide for my family in the Mt Fuji/Hakone area. It was very easy to arrange and it gave us the flexibility to get picked up and dropped off at different locations which suited our travel plans the best. Lucas was very easy to work with during the planning stage. We had Yuriko as our drive. She was prompt, courteous, very helpful and worked with us to adjust plans based on weather and traffic conditions. It took out that stress and allowed us to enjoy our time without any worries. Yuriko made helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat at. She was fun to travel with. I would definitely recommend this service for added flexibility and comfort.

Amazing Mt. Fuji tour
Lucas is an amazing guide. He picked us up on time at our hotel in Hakone and we did a tour of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding sites. Lucas is fluent in 3 languages including English and is from Japan. He is also very friendly and is incredibly knowledgeable about all things Japan. My family and I learned a ton and saw some amazing sites. Highly recommended!

Amazing day around mount Fuji
Amazing day around mount Fuji with Lucas as our guide. We took the tour at the beginning of our trip to Japan, so it was also really great to learn about Japan's history as we were visiting the various sites around mount Fuji. Unfortunately, the day was cloudy and we did not get to see mount Fuji despite our guide's best efforts, but we felt it was still worth it thanks to Lucas' knowledge of the region and history.
