    A very long day! Fifteen...

A very long day! Fifteen passengers in a van. Our pick-up time went from 6:45 am to 6:00 am, with a notification coming the day before. We spent approximately the first 45 minutes picking up other passengers. We arrived back at our hotel at 6:40 pm. Our tour guide never introduced himself, spoke very quickly and spent the return trip mostly speaking to the two passengers in the front seat. I recommend this trip because you get to experience visiting three unique towns in Montenegro.

Long but organized drive around the Montenegro coast!

It was pleasant and fairly laid-back day for sure. The driver Petar was polite, attentive, and organized. However, please note that this isn't as much of a tour with any kind of actual tour-guide. This is really paying for a driver and the related help of helping with border-crossings and generally organizing the day, which are important. Petar did give some pieces of geographical/historical information about things we were driving by, but the main items of actually exploring the city of Kotor and Budva were 100% on your own kind of things. Which wasn't too bad, but don't book this trip expecting a walking/guided tour situation.

    Amazing and unforgetable daytrip 🇲🇪✨

I had the best day with our driver Rocco.😍✨🇲🇪The Day was just perfect. Everybody said of the group this was their favorite day so far during visiting Croatia. Rocco showed us the most beautiful places, was very patient with us when somebody got lost somewhere during exploring the beauty of Montenegro. The tour was so well organized and I felt so save everytime. We saw so much in just one day. Thank you so much for this beautiful and unforgetable experience. I would highly recommend this tour. Rocco was the best guide I could imagine. He also knew so much about the region and was very kind and warmhearted all the time.🧡

Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.

How much does Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride cost?

    +

Prices start at $74 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.

Is Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 83 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 1,049 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride?

    +

Around 367 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Montenegro Tour From Perast to Kotor and Budva with Boat ride start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h), Dubrovnik: Sunset Kayaking & Snorkeling with water &wine. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
