    Terrible experience

The tour operator did not show up to take us. Very disappointed that we did not get to go. We did not have time to rebook another tour to monastery.

Response from the operator: Dear Paula, As we told you in the phone call, it was system problem, not our company's. We contacted you immediately after find out about the reservation, but you did not want to accept our proposal to organize tour a little bit later. We are very sorry for this, this was not in our interest, this has never happened to us before. Previous comments from our customers on Viator confirm that we are one of the best companies in Montenegro. Of course, we honored you automatically and refunded the full amount, although you had the choice to organize the tour with a slight delay. We really hope that you will choose us in future to experience our beautiful tours! Kind regards Milica
