December 2025. I booked with this agency the transport to Tam coc: net of the triple change of bus both outward and return, especially the return represented the worst service received from local travel agencies. Both in the agency and on the van was indicated as a pick-up point for the return the central "square" of the country, but the genius driving the van thought to wait for me in a completely different place without notifying me. If I called him he would rub my phone in my face, if he called he would draft 2 words in incomprehensible English.... 40 minutes to figure out where he was waiting for me. Reached the van after a run through the alleys not even marked by Google map. Ask me if I would still choose this agency....

Response from the operator: Dear Reviewer, You left a wrong review. Our tour is to Mai Chau, you mentioned Tam Coc - Ninh Binh, not our tour. We are so sorry about your experience We had checked and did not find your name on our booking list Please help us check with your supplier to leave a right review Best regards, Luong

If a person does not know where to go on vacation this can be a good choice because walking on a glass bridge is not for everyone to do it

    Wonderful

Nota 1000000000 We took the wonderful tour! The best ever since we arrived in Hanoi. The bridge is in the Guiness Book, it is an unmissable tour, we also met Mai Chau, the food is delicious, the tour is incredible, the guide is an extremely attentive driver, they gave us several tips and even took some pictures of us! My husband and I are in awe of so much beauty! I strongly recommend the travel agency, the driver and the Phong guide!

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your sharing your review. We are happy to get 5 star review about the tour to Moc Chau. We also glad to know you enjoyed the trip very much. We really hope to host you again next time. Best Regards Kevin ( Mr )

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Hanoi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Hanoi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Hanoi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
