Professional and super beautiful

Had a great and unforgettable experience with Scuba Caribe! Our instructor Muni was calm, professional and incredibly helpful. He immediately put us at ease, helped with everything and constantly checked that everything was going well – even underwater he had a perfect eye on everything. Our daughter of almost 15 also felt very comfortable with him. Even though his facts and knowledge about nature is really super cool. We did an introductory dive at Barracuda and two dives in the cenotes: really incredibly beautiful and an experience to remember. Then also dived in Cozumel – also great! Greetings Léon, Iris & Luna

Best Diving Yet!

Fantastic diving experience – highly recommended! We had an amazing time from start to finish. Our dive instructor, Muni, was outstanding—professional, friendly, and very attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we felt completely comfortable, and checked in with us throughout the dive. The dive itself was absolutely incredible, easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The whole trip was well-organised and ran smoothly, which made it even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting—definitely a highlight of our trip!

Response from the operator: Hi, thank you so much for your amazing review! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a fantastic diving experience with us. Muni will be very happy to know that his guidance and attention made you feel comfortable and well cared for. It’s great to know this was one of your best dives and a highlight of your trip. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure soon! Warmly, Customer Care Team!

Ok trip

We enjoyed the trip, Alexander who sold the trip was very professional and had great customer service. On another note We were suppose to have a boat take us out to the snorkeling area and was only told no boat just before entering the sea, which put a couple off going on the trip, we would of liked to have been told this prior to the trip starting, as we saw other groups entering boats and heading out to snorkel. We were also suppose to watch Jaguars as part of the deal we paid for, this did not happen. We feel a bit let down but the trip was fine but we wished there was more honesty with the tour guide.

ScubaCaribe (watch out for subcontracting agencies)

Hello, we have been to Playa del Carmen last June and have hired 2 excursions with Scuba Caribe, Chichen Itza plus a Cenote and the second to Cozumel. Chichen Itza’s we did with the Enterprise Beach of mine that was subcontracted by Scuba Caribe, the guide was Reet Velazco (re dense) who apart from doing his work as a guide asked us silver for everything, for the bathroom, for the driver, for him, etc, etc. A MESS. The excursion to Cozumel we did with the Enterprise Good Vibes also subcontracted by Scuba Caribe, the truth is EXCELLENT, the guide is called Mario and Cesar the guide on the catamaran, veryy good everything and super recommended.

Best customer service!!!

We booked a tour to swim with whale sharks but unfortunately due to the weather, the tour got cancelled. It was our last day in playa del Carmen so we couldn't reschedule it. David was our salesman and he was very helpful with us and treated us very well. Please give him a raise, he deserves it ☺️

Response from the operator: Hi! We're sorry to hear that you couldn't go on your tour as expected, and we truly appreciate your understanding. We hope you'll visit us again in the future to experience this activity, as it's undoubtedly a once-in-a-lifetime experience not to be missed. Warmly, ScubaCaribe Team

Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Playa del Carmen.

How much does Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen cost?

+

Prices start at $322 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Playa del Carmen usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen take?

+

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Playa del Carmen is not rushed.

Is Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Playa del Carmen, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 15. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 48-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen?

+

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Playa del Carmen can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Playa del Carmen and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Mini Cenotes Dive Excursion from Playa del Carmen start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Playa del Carmen within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Playa del Carmen?

+

On Outty we rank every Playa del Carmen experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include VIP Chichen Itza Private Tour, VIP Tulum Private Tour, Chichen Itza Private Tour VIP. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Playa del Carmen?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Playa del Carmen?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
