Educational, delicious and friendly
What a wonderful experience!! Riding up to the ranch through the mountains as the guide provided facts about the area set the tone for what became a truly inclusive experience. The cooking experience allowed for each family member to make their own delicious lunch with hands on experience with making each recipe! All the staff were amazing and friendly! We are definitely recommending this to other family and friends coming to Puerto Vallarta! And we will be going back!!!

Highly recommend
We had a fabulous time making chile rellenos, salsa, guacamole and tasting tequila. This is out of the typical path of Puerto Vallarta in a beautiful location. Everything is fresh, the staff is exceptionally friendly and engaging and our group had a fabulous time.

10/10 cooking experience
First, I want to thank Laura our host for being an excellent guide on making the food and having everything prepared for us. Laura guided us and cared for us all as if we were family. It’s a very special place that is family owned. I booked this so that my daughter can have some hands-on experience cooking without the guidance of her parents. Everything was so delicious and the instructions simple and easy. We made some very delicious pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa molcajete and chile rellenos. Although it is a little bit up the mountain it was a very nice experience. We took an Uber to the address and were picked up by Rancho Mi Abuelo. Very nice grounds, lots to see and experience. The drinks are excellent, and the tequila was delicious as well. I wish I wouldn’t have gotten more bottles. Everyone was so attentive and kind. Their rates are excellent and I’m thinking about going to back to spend time in their cabins/cottages. It reminded me of my grandparents ranch. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back!

We loved it!
We were looking for an authentic experience and that's exactly what we got! Brianda picked us up from our meeting point and told us about the family history of the ranch. Her mother taught us how to make chile rellano and they served us delicious drinks. Highly recommend the spicy tamarind mezcalitas. We hung out on the property near the pool and enjoyed our time here thoroughly. The ranch is super beautiful and a peaceful escape from the city. We'll definitely be making Chile relleno at home when we're missing mexico! Thank you!
