Accessible Adventure is an experienced adventure operator

The trip with Accessible Adventure Pvt Ltd to Mera Peak in the Himalayas was incredible. The team was amazing. Very experienced and organized, we always felt safe and comfortable. A very successful adventure trip. Many thanks to the team Hari kumar , and Ang Tendi Sherpa who did a great job and made three wonderful weeks possible for us. we decided to go with The Accessible Adventure Hari kumar was helpful coming up with our itinerary and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We met Vishma (our trekking guide) at the airport and started our journey two days later. During the whole trip, Vishma was always available and attentive to our needs, during trekking and at the tea houses. Me and my buddy wanted to have individual rooms, and he made sure we got that at all the tea houses - not easy during peak season. Vishma was always a step ahead of us, to make sure that we were comfortable and well looked after. My next trekking trip in Nepal, I would definitely go with Accessible Adventure! Thanks again for taking care of us!

An Unforgettable Mera Peak Adventure 🏔️

I will always remember my trek to Mera Peak as one of the most memorable, thrilling, and entertaining adventures I have experienced to date. A heartfelt thank you to Founder Hari Kumar Shrestha, Director Himal Shrestha, Climbing Guide Ongchhu Sherpa, and the entire Nepal Guide Treks / Accessible Adventure team for making my journey smooth, safe, and truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, their professionalism, warmth, and excellent service made me feel comfortable throughout the trek. As an introvert, one of my biggest concerns was socializing with new people. At the start, I found it difficult to open up and communicate. However, the friendly and supportive nature of the team quickly put me at ease. Their guidance, experienced climbing support, maps, and porter service made the entire journey much easier and more enjoyable. The trek itself was absolutely spectacular—from scenic landscapes and lush forests to rugged Himalayan terrain and breathtaking mountain views. Every day brought something new and beautiful, while the warmth and hospitality of the Himalayan communities made the experience even more special. The final 40–50 meters to the Mera Peak summit were undoubtedly the most challenging. The steep incline, fixed ropes, and jumars demanded focus, strength, and determination. But reaching the summit made every difficult step worthwhile. Standing at the top of Mera Peak and witnessing the incredible close-up views of Mount Everest (8,848m), Kanchenjunga (8,586m), Lhotse (8,516m), Cho Oyu (8,188m), and Makalu (8,485m) was an experience I will never forget. Seeing five of the world’s fourteen 8,000-meter peaks from the summit was simply majestic. 🏔️❤️ The landscapes were breathtaking, the challenge was exhilarating, and the service was exceptional. I sincerely recommend Nepal Guide Treks to anyone looking for an unforgettable Himalayan adventure. If you are dreaming of exploring the Himalayas with an experienced, supportive, and professional team, this is a journey you will not regret. Thank you for making my Mera Peak dream a reality! 🙏🏔️

Mera Peak Climbing with Third Accessible Adventure Pvt LTD

My friend and I had a successful Summit Mera Peak with Accessible Adventure. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, making it truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. The trekking arrangements were conducted with utmost professionalism and exceptional organization. Safety was given the highest priority,The final 40-50 meters to the summit is the most challenging. It is a steep incline where we use fixed rope and jumars to reach the Mera Peak summit. Mount Everest (8848m), Kanchenjunga (8586m), Lhotse (8,516m), Cho Oyu (8,188m), and Makalu (8,485m) - five of the 14 eight-thousanders can be viewed from the summit as well the trail leading to the summit. Leading our climbing team was Climbing Guide Ongchhu Sherpa, whose competence, friendliness, and helpfulness were remarkable. His guidance and expertise were instrumental in our successful ascent. Despite the challenging circumstances, the kitchen staff managed to prepare delicious and hygienic meals, impressing us with their resourcefulness. Nepal, with its warm-hearted people, awe-inspiring natural beauty, and majestic mountains, left me in awe. My guide proved to be exceptional, providing invaluable support and guidance every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better companion. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Accessible Adventures for anyone seeking Himalayan trips, treks, and climbing experiences. My sincere gratitude goes out to everyone involved. Mera Peak Climbing: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Kathmandu.

How much does Mera Peak Climbing cost?

    +

Prices start at $1,049 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Kathmandu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Mera Peak Climbing take?

    +

Plan for about 456 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Kathmandu is not rushed.

Is Mera Peak Climbing worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 81 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 27 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Kathmandu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Mera Peak Climbing?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Mera Peak Climbing suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 456-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Mera Peak Climbing?

    +

Around 9 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Kathmandu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Kathmandu and add a light layer if any part of the 456-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Mera Peak Climbing start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Kathmandu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Kathmandu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Kathmandu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kathmandu Sightseeing | UNESCO World Heritage sites Private/Group, Manaslu Circuit Trek, Manaslu Circuit Trek: Private Group & Discounte Price. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Kathmandu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Kathmandu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
