Great tour instead of ship excursion!

We did this tour instead of a ship excursion. Christopher was awesome! Was waiting for us right outside the ship. Took us to the places stated in the tour plus some! Took us to a great jewelry store and called a restaurant ahead of time and dropped us off there. Had a fantastic lunch and was able to go back into the old city for a little more shopping and was just a few minutes to the ship. Had a wonderful time!

Response from the operator: It was a pleasure hosting you! I’m so glad Christopher could add those extra personal touches to your day, from the jewelry stop to the perfect lunch spot. We love showing our guests the hidden gems that the big ship excursions usually miss. Thank you for the wonderful feedback! — Mike

    Rhodes Day Tour

Our party of 4 adults had an wonderful time on our day with Vasil on Rhodes. We didn't book the tour until the evening before our ship arrived and it still came together with good communication. Vasil was a perfect host with a good game plan to see the entire island but also adapt for what ever we preferred to do. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the island, what locations we would enjoy seeing and was fun to spend the day with. Would highly recommend and feel the tour was a great value for the cost too.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your kind review! We’re so glad everything came together smoothly. I’ll be sure to share your lovely comments with Vasilis—he’ll truly appreciate it. We hope to welcome you back to Rhodes someday!

Interesting sites, great views and superb food.

We had a lovely day touring beautiful Rhodes. Our driver and guide, George, was personable, knowledgeable and passionate about his country and its history. He kept us entertained and informed whilst also driving confidently and expertly. We visited various historical sites, walked a Nature Trail, explored Lindos and stopped at a small seaside restaurant where the views were only surpassed by the incredible food. We had the best kalamari and dolmades of our lives. The time flew by!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing this lovely review ! We're glad to hear that George made your day in Rhodes memorable, he loves what he does. A mix of history, nature , and authentic food is exactly what we hope our guests will take away from the island. We would be happy to welcome you again anytime. Mike

    Great time touring with Mike!

Mike showed us an amazing time in Rhodes! He is an expert on the city and we loved every moment ! We really loved the sea side lunch restaurant, beautiful old town, the olive oil farm, pottery factory, Lindos and all the beaches and stunning photo spots. Great value and so much better than a large group tour.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much Jeannine! I’m really happy to hear you enjoyed the day and got to experience so many of Rhodes’ highlights — from its history to its coastline and a good meal by the sea . Hope to see you again on our beautiful island! Mike

    Surprise of our trip

We were extremely surprised at the beauty and historical significance of this island. None of the reading materials prepared us for the impression the island made. The tour was wonderful in introducing us to the character of the island and it's culture. Our guide, Vasili, was knowledgeable and helpful in every way.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your thoughtful words. I’m delighted to hear how much Rhodes impressed you — it truly is an island that exceeds expectations with its beauty and depth of history. I’ll be sure to share your kind feedback with Vasili; he’ll be very happy to know he helped make your experience so memorable. We hope to welcome you back one day to discover even more of the island’s charm! Warm regards, Mike

Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.

How much does Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers cost?

    +

Prices start at $640 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.

Is Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 15 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers?

    +

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Medieval City & Lindos : Small Group Tour for Cruise Travelers start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Rhodes?

    +

On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Rhodes?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Rhodes?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
