Oversold as Private Transfer with WIFI
Part of the reason we paid for a private transfer is that A/C and WIFI were both listed as included. The A/C existed, but the WIFI did not, and we did not even get a complimentary water. We thought we would have 6 hours of streaming entertainment email access, but no. The vans aren't equipped with WIFI and they are configured like a train car - so half our group was facing backwards for 6 hours making motion sickness a real issue.
Response from the operator: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would like to clarify a few points regarding your transfer. Wi-Fi was indeed included in the service. However, the Wi-Fi connection needs to be requested from the driver, as it is not automatically activated. We are sorry that this was not clearly communicated to you at the beginning of the journey. Regarding the seating configuration, the face-to-face arrangement is intentionally designed for private groups as a more comfortable and premium/luxury setup, allowing passengers to sit together and interact during the journey. It is not a defect in the vehicle. We do understand, however, that passengers who are sensitive to motion sickness may find travelling facing backwards uncomfortable, and we are sorry for the discomfort this caused.

Safe, Personal, and Truly Exceptional Experience!
Our trip from Marrakech to Fes was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Our driver, Aimad, was the highlight of the journey—friendly, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel completely safe and secure the entire time, always looking out for our wellbeing and ensuring we were never harassed or scammed. What truly set him apart was his flexibility and genuine care. He allowed us to detour off the usual tour path so we could explore hidden spots and make the experience uniquely our own. He didn’t just guide us; he shared stories, culture, history, and laughter, transforming a long drive into a meaningful adventure. By the end of the trip, he didn’t feel like just a driver anymore—he felt like family. If you’re considering this trip, don’t hesitate. It was one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had! Thank you, AIMAD!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your amazing and heartfelt review. We are truly grateful for your kind words and are delighted to know that your trip from Marrakech to Fes was such a memorable experience. We are especially proud of Aimad, and your feedback confirms his dedication, professionalism, and passion for providing excellent service. Your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are always our top priorities, and we are very happy that you felt secure and well cared for throughout the journey. It means a lot to us that you enjoyed the flexibility, the cultural sharing, and the personal connection. Creating meaningful and authentic experiences for our guests is what we always strive for. Thank you once again for choosing us. We truly hope to welcome you back to Morocco very soon. Sky And sea land

Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $32 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 2 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Marrakech To Fez Private Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
