ABC trekk with Base Camp Hike
It was my first time Nepal and Annapurna Base Camp experience. The operator helped alot during the initial discussion ~ 2-3 months prior. The operator was very transparent on the condition, what preparation (physical, gearwise etc) needed. The operator are very accomodating to our tailored request before during and after hike to make sure the most comfortable experience for us. The guide and porter who accompanied us were nice dudes and very encouraging while still ensuring our safety and physical condition when my friend not feeling well in the 2nd day hike prior to trekk day to ABC. In the end we did the ABC and back all healthy and safely. Was really great experience!
Response from the operator: Dear Adam 🙏 Thank you so much ♥ for sharing wonderful review. We’re really happy to hear that you felt well supported before and during the trek. Thank you once again for your trust and recommendation. We truly appreciate your trust and we hope to welcome you again on another trekking ( Langang Valley Trek ) soon. Best Wishes, Base Camp Hike Team

Nice shorter trek with great views
We went on the Mardi Himal trek together with Bold Himalaya and had a really great experience. The trek is “short” compared to other treks in Nepal, and we completed it in 5 days. This suited us well, as it meant we didn’t ascend too quickly. The journey to Base Camp was truly beautiful, and we got close to some of the big mountains. We traveled with Pelsa (guide) and Lukendra (porter), who made a great team. We can definitely recommend them both.
Response from the operator: Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Best Wishes, Base Camp Hike Team

Mardi Himal with Base Camp Trek
I completed the Mardi Himal Comfort Trek with Base Camp Hike in March, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, the communication with the manager, Jayaram, was clear, prompt, and highly professional. Everything was perfectly organized, which made the whole trip completely stress-free. On the trek itself, my guide, Mr. Nepal, was exceptional. He took incredible care of me at all times and, thanks to his expertise and supportive attitude, helped me reach the View Point — something I’m not sure I would have managed on my own. What really stood out was the team’s flexibility. Whenever special needs or adjustments came up, they responded quickly and found solutions without any hassle. Overall, I can highly recommend Base Camp Hike to anyone looking for a well-organized, professional, and genuinely friendly trekking experience in Nepal.
Response from the operator: Dear Ben 🙏 Thank you so much ♥ for your wonderful review. It truly means a lot to us to hear that you had such a positive and smooth experience from start to finish of the Mardi Himal Trek. Your appreciation of our flexibility, guide and organization/company really encourages our whole team to keep doing our best. It was a pleasure hosting you in Nepal, and we hope to welcome you again for another adventure in the Himalayas. Best Wishes, Base Camp Hike Team

Khopra Danda bliss!
My sister and I went on the Khopra Ridge trek. Jayaram (company founder) was exceptional to communicate with and was very responsive and accommodating. On the trek, our guide Lama and porter Bijon were fantastic. We really enjoyed their company and it made the experience all the more rewarding. Lama and Bijon were helpful, well organised, knowledgeable and kind. We shared lovely memories and hope to trek with them again in the future. 💕
Response from the operator: Dear Ele 🙏 Thank you very much ♥ for sharing your experience of the Khopra Ridge trek and for your kind recognition of our team. We are truly pleased to hear that you enjoyed the trek with our guide and porter. At Base Camp Hike, our foremost priority is to create lasting memories and rewarding experiences for all our trekkers. Your generous feedback serves as a great encouragement for us to maintain the highest standards of service. We would be honored to welcome you and your sister again for another trekking adventure with Lama and Bijon in the future. Best trekking agency in Nepal
Our Mardi Himal trek with Base Camp Hike was such a meaningful and beautiful journey. Jayaram was very supportive from the start — always quick to reply and very patient with all our questions. Everything was arranged smoothly. Much thanks to Navaraj, our guide, who took excellent care of us. Each evening, he clearly explained the next day’s route and conditions, what to expect which made us feel safe and well prepared. He also paid close attention to our comfort, meals, and overall wellbeing. Thanks Bijon, our porter, who was incredibly kind and hardworking. We are very grateful for his support throughout the trek. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed every moment. There is no doubt in the future we will have more trekking with Base Camp Hike. Choose this agency and you will get more than expectation ❤️❤️

Why this scores 78
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Mardi Himal Trek: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Pokhara.
How much does Mardi Himal Trek cost?
+
Prices start at $530 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Pokhara usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Mardi Himal Trek take?
+
Plan for about 120 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Pokhara is not rushed.
Is Mardi Himal Trek worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 78 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 36 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Pokhara, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Mardi Himal Trek?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Mardi Himal Trek suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 120-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Mardi Himal Trek?
+
Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Pokhara can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Pokhara and add a light layer if any part of the 120-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Mardi Himal Trek start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Pokhara within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Pokhara?
+
On Outty we rank every Pokhara experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ghorepani - Poon Hill Trek 3N-4D, Annapurna Base Camp Trek -8 days, Annapurna Base Camp Treks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Pokhara?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Pokhara?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
