Incredible experience in nature with very knowledgeable guide!
I booked the 9am tour for my 10 year old daughter and myself. When we arrived, Brian was already set up with everything and let us know we would be the only ones on the tour - lucky us, a “private” experience! Brian was incredible, very thoughtful of my daughter (her first time kayaking) and helping her get the hang of it. He knows just the spots to go to and has a wealth of knowledge about all of the wildlife and the habitats! We were lucky enough to see about 15 manatees and a few dolphins. The whole experience was relaxing and inspiring to be in nature. It was really nice to have a guide who truly enjoys what they do and being on the water. We will definitely be back and am sharing this experience with friends and family!

Great Experience
Terrance was an excellent guide for this adventure. He was knowledgeable about the area and the animals that are there. The launch was easy to reach with plenty of parking. We were so happy to see so many manatees on our trip.

Great day on the water
We had an amazing experience with Brian. He took us to places where we saw a lot of manatees. It was relaxing and informative. I would do this again. We were the only people on the tour and we got to see what we wanted.

Manatee spotting with Brian
We had a great time spotting manatees with our guide Brian. We were hoping to see a few and ended up getting to watch a bunch of them "cavorting" and splashing around in the water. We saw a few birds and a dolphin in the distance as well, but the manatees were the main highlight. We would love to come back for the bioluminescent kayaking at night sometime.

Great guide, great tour
Had a great tour with guide Brian in the daytime. We lucked out and it was only our family on the tour. He clearly loves being out in nature and he helped us appreciate it so much more than we would on our own. And such a nice guy to boot. A highlight of our trip to Florida compared to all the typical stuff in Orlando. Felt like good value given that you just show up and the equipment is all there. If you can’t stand the heat (depending on season) or have never kayaked before then maybe this wouldn’t be for you, but otherwise highly recommend! Hope to come back for a bioluminescent tour some day and I would absolutely use this company.

Why this scores 83
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cocoa Beach.
How much does Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville) cost?
+
Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cocoa Beach usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville) take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cocoa Beach is not rushed.
Is Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 83 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 273 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cocoa Beach, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville)?
+
Around 96 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cocoa Beach can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cocoa Beach and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Manatee and Dolphin Kayaking | Wildlife Refuge (Titusville) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cocoa Beach within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cocoa Beach?
+
Cocoa Beach sells surf lessons, airboat rides on the St Johns, bioluminescent kayak paddles in summer and rocket launch viewing cruises, with Kennedy Space Center a short drive north. On Outty we rank every Cocoa Beach experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mangrove Tunnels, Dolphins, Manatee Tour #1 Rated in Cocoa Beach, Wizard of OZ Museum tour, Cocoa Beach Dolphin and Wildlife Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cocoa Beach?
+
March to May and September to November; check launch schedules before booking. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cocoa Beach?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
