Our Manaslu Circuit Trek with Sole Encounters Adventures was truly an unforgettable experience from beginning to end! From the moment we started, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Our guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and attentive, while the porters were absolutely brilliant. We always felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the journey. One of the things we appreciated most was the clear and helpful communication. Everything was explained properly, and the team was always there whenever we needed help or had questions. Their attention to our safety and wellbeing gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to simply enjoy the adventure. The meals, transportation, organization, and overall service were all excellent. And of course, the stunning mountain views and incredible landscapes of the Manaslu region made every day of the trek special. What really stood out was how much the whole team genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. We never felt like just another customer - we felt looked after throughout the entire trek. Great Manaslu and Tsum valley extension, Great Team
We had a really great experience doing the Manaslu Circuit together with Tsum Valley. Originally I was thinking mainly about the Manaslu Circuit, but Prashant and Prem from the operations team realised that I had enough time to include Tsum Valley as well and recommended adding it. I’m very glad they did because otherwise I probably would never have known what I was missing. Tsum Valley was one of the most memorable parts of the whole trek, much quieter and with beautiful villages, monasteries and a completely different feeling before joining the Manaslu route. Our guide Raj Rai was excellent throughout the trek. He was knowledgeable, calm and always paying attention to how we were doing, especially on the longer and harder days. Our two porters were also fantastic, always positive and hardworking, and they became a real part of the team rather than just carrying our bags. The Manaslu Circuit itself was incredible, with constantly changing scenery, remote villages and of course the challenge of crossing Larke Pass. Everything was organised well from Kathmandu through to the end of the trek. A big thank you to Prashant, Prem, Raj and our porters for making the whole experience so enjoyable. I would happily recommend the team to anyone considering Manaslu, and if you have enough time, definitely consider adding Tsum Valley.

A Rewarding and Authentic Manaslu Circuit Trek Experienced and Best Season
The Manaslu Circuit Trek was one of the most rewarding treks I have completed in Nepal. The itinerary was well paced, with enough time for acclimatization before crossing Larkya La Pass at 5,106 meters. Our guide managed the trek carefully, checked how everyone was feeling, and adjusted the walking pace when needed. The tea houses were basic but comfortable, and the food was better than expected for such a remote region. The scenery changed every day, from lush river valleys and traditional villages to alpine landscapes, glaciers, monasteries, and incredible views of Mount Manaslu and the surrounding Himalayan peaks. This trek is physically demanding, especially because of the long walking days and high altitude, so good fitness is important. For anyone looking for a quieter and more authentic alternative to Everest or Annapurna, the Manaslu Circuit Trek is highly recommended.
