If you go there, you will be delighted not only by the history but also by divine beauty. Take your time strolling the lovely narrow streets of the village abundantly decorated with flowers, fruit trees, oriental tiles, and small fountains. Normally Viator tours are great. This was a Disappointing day
Website said tour starts at 9. Email arrived day before saying start was 9:15-9:30. Naturally they waited til 9:30. An Earlier start and no surprise factory stop would have avoided 33° heat. The web description did not indicate the stop for pottery and olive oil shopping. We spent an hour there when I didn’t come to shop. The tour guide didn’t use listening devices. It was difficult to hear her from the back of such a large group. Especially in old Towne where other voices bounced off the walls. The walking tour was 20 minutes of walking/talking and a hour to shop. I regret leaving my stuff on the bus. I could have left then. When I purchased the 6.5 hour tour I figured we would be back by 3:30 leaving time for a quick swim before going back on ship. But bus returned us at 4:30. All in all a long hot day with lots of driving for what we saw. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and humourous. No complaints there.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind words about our guide. Please allow us to address the concerns raised: 1. We reserve a 30-minute pickup window for collecting cruise passengers, in full accordance with the “Meeting and Pickup” section of the tour description. If you prefer not to wait for fellow cruise passengers disembarking, we strongly recommend considering a private tour rather than a shared tour. 2. The 30-minute visit to Savvas Ceramics is clearly listed in the tour itinerary. We visit this workshop in order to experience authentic Greek pottery skills, which have remained largely unchanged since ancient times and are an important part of Greek culture. 3. Please note that we do not use headsets for small groups. In order to hear the guide clearly, guests need to be able to follow the standard group pace and remain with the group, rather than falling behind due to limited walking ability. 4. The “Additional Info” section of the tour description clearly states that this tour is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for travelers with limited walking ability. 5. Allowing guests to leave personal belongings on the bus is a gesture of goodwill. However, we may need to reconsider this practice if we continue receiving such feedback. When booking future activities through Viator, we strongly recommend basing your expectations on the tour description, itinerary, and restrictions, rather than on personal assumptions. Safe travels.

Family-friendly and well paced
This tour worked nicely for our family group. The stops were spaced out well, and there was enough time at each location. Lindos was especially memorable for the views, and the Old Town was fun to walk through. It didn’t feel too long or tiring.

Great value for a packed day
Went with friends and felt it was worth it. Elena added humor and local insights that made the experience better. Not every stop stands out, but overall a solid day.

Beautiful scenery
As a couple, we really appreciated the balance of this tour. Lindos was stunning and definitely worth the visit. The Old Town had so much character, and we didn’t feel rushed moving between locations. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall.

Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Rhodes.
How much does Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City cost?
+
Prices start at $77 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Rhodes usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City take?
+
Plan for about 6.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Rhodes is not rushed.
Is Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 35 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Rhodes, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City?
+
Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Rhodes can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Rhodes and add a light layer if any part of the 6.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Majestic Rhodes Tour including Lindos, Old Town, Medieval City start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Rhodes within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Rhodes?
+
On Outty we rank every Rhodes experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Makarounas Fishing Boat Trip with swimming stop and BBQ on board, Rhodes Exclusive Swim Cruise Cocktail Open bar & Gourmet Buffet, Athens cruise: Agistri, Moni/Metopi, Aegina with lunch & drinks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Rhodes?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Rhodes?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
