Lack of Communication
I communicated with the vendor via the app and advise them of our luggage requirements. There was no response from the vendor for two days. I additionally emailed the vendor the day of before the driver showed up. We needed a van, but a sedan arrived to pick us up; there was limited room for our luggage requirements. The driver did not know, he communicated back to his office, and apparently there was a breakdown in communication in notifying him of our luggage requirements and type of vehicle needed. The driver eventually was able to pack all of our suitcases in very tightly, but we had to put 1/2 of the backseat down and I need a sit up front in the passenger seat for the ride. The driver did an outstanding job and trying to get us to our hotel, I do not find fault the driver as he did his best; but with the vendor itself and the lack of communication using the approved app to communicate with them.
Response from the operator: Dear customer, We're very sorry for what happened. We never received the upgrade from a sedan to a minivan, which comes at an additional cost. We always recommend that customers choose a sedan for up to two people, but if you have more luggage, please contact customer service and discuss the upgrade from two to three people. This way, you'll only pay the extra cost and a six-seater minivan will be sent. I hope you'll give us a chance to regain your trust. Kind regards Patricia

Cruise Pick Up to Hotel in Rome
We had a good experience with our transfer from the ship to the hotel . Amazing communication and confirmation of all our trips through the app, text, and email. The driver showed up on time, assisted with luggage, and provided great transportation. Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling in Rome. The only drawback was the driver only offered to wait 30 minutes beyond our scheduled pick up time as I was communicating with him via WhatsApp. When booking I didn’t realize my time for disembarking the ship was after the time I had scheduled the pickup. Luckily we were able to leave the ship 15 minutes before our scheduled disembarking time.
