Total rip-off & fuck!
NEVER AGAIN! BREAST TO OFFER THIS IS NOT A BAD EXPRESSION! 1. Not as indicated max. 8 people, but coach with 48 people 2. Not a Valley of the Kings, but Valley of the Queens (is cheaper and the organizer can put a bit more in his pocket) 3. Totally unfriendly travel companion 4. Additional, mandatory, but not mentioned costs! We were looking forward to a nice small group trip to Luxor at a good price... After confirmation via WhatsApp we were picked up at 4am at the hotel by van. After some time we were dropped off somewhere and told to get on a coach. When we complained, I got the tour operator on the phone, who affirmed that no one had informed him about a small group and after some back and forth it was "Drive along or stop there"... On request for a refund would only laugh... Well, we got in and the ordeal started... 15hotels rattled off and the unfriendly bus conductor wanted to tell us where to sit. Arrived in Luxor then only Karnak, where our German speaking guide also explained to us immediately that after the Valley of the KINGS a Nile trip would be made, for which we now have to pay 10€ immediately, because that has to be booked... When asked if there was an alternative and we (10people - German-speaking group) don't really feel like it, only "who doesn't pay sits then stop 2hrs in the bus and was unlucky"... This Nile trip is not mentioned anywhere in the description. Then on to Hatshepsut, since our German guide had no desire to explain anything and gave us "leisure"... When we got to the bus afterwards, we left with only half of the people, when we noticed this our guide said that the others were on another bus and we see them right back at the graves... When we went to the Valley of the QUEENSLANDERS we vetoed it, as everyone present had booked tours for the Valley of the QUEENSLANDERS. From the guide we only heard a "Germans always go to the queens and here it is much nicer". After that we set off on the Nile trip - still only with half the bus crew. After the Nile trip, the others sat on our bus again in a strange way and asked why we had not come to the Valley of the KINGS it was sooooo great. And btw... Half the troops didn't have to pay for a Nile trip! When asked again why our bus crew looked at different valleys, something was said in Arabic and we were simply ignored. It's not possible! TripAdvisor cannot/won't help as tour operator claims to have informed us by phone beforehand! LIE! We're totally mad and disappointed!

I really liked it.
Used the services of this agency to travel to Luxor and fly and parasailing. Everything was clear, comfortable, the scope of services - as promised. The price is cheaper than other agencies. We'll keep going.

Why this scores 59
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Hurghada.
How much does Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada cost?
+
Prices start at $38 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Hurghada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada take?
+
Plan for about 14 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Hurghada is not rushed.
Is Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Hurghada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 14-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hurghada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hurghada and add a light layer if any part of the 14-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Luxor Pearl Of History From Hurghada start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Hurghada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Hurghada?
+
On Outty we rank every Hurghada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Hurghada Diving Adventure one Day with two Dives Boat Trip, Hurghada to Cairo: Pyramids & Museum for First-Time Visitors, Scuba Diving Full Day Boat Trip W/Lunch & Transfer from Hurghada. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hurghada?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hurghada?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
