A great night at the haunted donut tour
My dad and I attended the brand new Haunted History of the West End Donut Tour, led by Andy, and had a fantastic time! The donut stops were fantastic, and Andy was very knowledgeable and fun throughout the experience. An autumn evening in London is absolutely the perfect setting for these stories. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who likes ghosts, theater, or donuts, which should be most people!

Spooky, Engaging & educational!
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Andy, he is enthusiastic and clearly knows his stuff. Full of knowledge and has very fun story’s to share. Not only could he tell us about the points we visited on the tour, Andy has knowledge around this area beyond just a plain tour guides script. The late booking also made the spooky tour even more real😬😅 would highly recommend when visiting London or even for locals!

So nice, I had to do it twice!
We (my fiance and I) had previously embarked upon an Underground Donut Tour earlier in 2026, and we both left a glowing review after a wonderful experience. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to book another one which specifically looked at the haunted history of London's West End. I myself was a little reticent at first, as part of me questioned if the tour could capture the magic of the first one we had done. However, to say it exceeded our expectations would be to undersell just how brilliant this was. The beginning of the tour got off to an exceptional start as we had Andy as our guide once again. He was a fountain of knolwedge and passion the first time round, so we were overjoyed to see him again. What really suprised us was that he remembered us from months ago. It is those personal touches that can seperate good tours from bad ones, and elevate good ones to great, and I can confirm that this made a great impression on us straight away. We toured around the world famous theatre district with donuts in hand and learned so much from Andy about the history (not only relating to the supernatural). I'm from the North of England, so even just learning the names of the buildings was new information to me, but what was really impressive was the fact that my fiance (who is a theatre lover from the city) was also learning new things every step of the way too. Now, you might think that a "haunted history" is specifically about scares, but without giving any spoilers, our 2 hours were spent in the company of many more emotions than fear. We heard heartbreaking tales, stories filled with kindness, and unknown histories that made us laugh too. The diversity of knowledge being passed on to us was easily accessible and left us both feeling more amazed by the West End than we had before. Andy was a great facilitator of this, and never once did the tour feel boring or overwhelming. Every word was delivered by Andy with an obvious love for the location, and the buildings that stand within. Of course, I must mention the donuts. Each was of an exceptional quality. You can clearly tell that Underground have done their research into choosing the best locations that offer exciting menus. In conclusion, for those of you like me that are not familar with London, and for those of you like my fiance that are, this is the perfect tour. Imagine a stroll around the beautiful city, navigated by a brilliant guide, eating delicious donuts as you stroll, and stopping to learn about the best theatre venues in the world, and you'll have what I believe is the perfect recipe for an amazing time. Thank you Andy and Underground Donuts Tours. We may see you for a third time in the future!
Response from the operator: Thank you for being one of our favorite repeat offenders in London! We love that Andy remembered you and still managed to surprise both a local theatre lover and a visitor with new stories, history, and plenty of sweet treats. Andy says 👋 We hope to host you again and again, in the Big Smoke or any of our donut holes around the world.

London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for London.
How much does London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End cost?
+
Prices start at $79 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in London usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in London is not rushed.
Is London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in London, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in London can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in London and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does London Sweet Treats Tour: Haunted History of the West End start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central London within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in London?
+
London's best attractions split cleanly: the museums are free and need no booking, so the paid market is about views, theatre and getting out of the city for a day. That makes value scoring unusually important here, and the Outty Ranking penalises anything charging premium prices for access you could get for nothing. On Outty we rank every London experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Great British Rock and Roll Walking Tour, Soho Music & Historic Pubs Tour, London Small Group Tour of Historical Pubs. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit London?
+
May to September for long evenings, December for the Christmas markets. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in London?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
