Do no recommend
No directions were given on how to find the boat. We arrived and there was no signage for the tour. We asked a tour operator and tried calling by the get and no one knew about this tour operator. We weren’t able to join the tour and requested a refund which was not fulfilled.
Response from the operator: Dear Mary, it seems that unfortunately you were not able to find our meeting point, but all the information and also the directions were on your Viator Voucher, as for all the Viator Clients. We waited for you until 20 min after the tour started, but you didn't show up. As regards to our company "Lisbon ByBoat", everyone (specially all tour operators) knows Us, we operate for up to 13 years till now. We're sorry that you've missed our tour but we cannot be accountable for you not being able to arrive to the meeting point, since all the information is easily available on the VIATOR voucher, as well all our contacts. Regarding the refund, according to VIATOR & our company policy, cancellations with less than 24h are not entitled to refund, and we were fully booked on that day. Also, we did all in our power to wait for you, delaying the tour and the remaining clients... In these situations, we even try to offer you the re-schedule for the next day or any other date, but you didn't show up.

You Can't Ask For Better!!
We had a wonderful evening cruise!! Just us two chilly travellers, along with Captain Jose (sp?) and Tiago. We had the crew all to ourselves and it was fantastic! This was our second voyage with these Jokers😍... the first was in 2023 and it brought us back for more. We'll be back in February!!! Don't miss out!
